This was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed in Kauai. It was quiet, spacious, comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen, an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation....

This townhouse was the perfect in every way. It was impeccably clean and great layout of townhouse with 2 master bedrooms with en-suites. Very quiet setting for the perfect relaxing vacation. Highly recommend!!

Kitchen was very well stocked. Home was clean, comfortable & in a great location with beautiful view. A/C kept the living & kitchen area cool. Two of the bedrooms did not have a/c, so they were not as comfortable for sleeping if door was shut. Fans worked well in all the rooms.

Tropical Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely. It has a comfortable yet luxurious presence with nice furnishing and accent pieces. It is a very spacious condo with much room for a family or a few couples.We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the main patio and hanging inside too on some evenings. The condo and surrounding outside area obviously well cared for and clean. It was nice having not just one but two master bedrooms as well. It was stocked with everything needed including snorkel gear, water shoes for the beach, beach chairs, pool noodles, etc.Unfortunately we did not get to thoroughly enjoy our trip nor the condo for the majority of our stay as we had so been looking forward to. Unbeknownst to us before we left, hurricane Lowell was on track to pass over the islands and Kauai was hit 4 days into our stay. We got "stuck" on the island until power was restored to the airport and the tidal wave of tourists were able to fly off the island. When we finally were able to leave the island many days later power was still out in the condo neighborhood and many other areas on the island. The situation, however, had no bearing on the quality and beauty of the condo. It is a very nice condo in a pleasant, quiet and pretty neighborhood. The team with property management company is also courteous, professional, communicative and helpful. We were just disappointed that the timing of our trip was met with a hurricane but we would stay in the condo again if a future trip to Kauai.

Everything in the condo was perfect. Two primary suites, and third bedroom locations allowed privacy for everyone. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and wagon were an added bonus. Everything in the condo was high quality. The management team provided excellent communications and responded to questions quickly. Wish they managed condo's on the mainland because they are that good.

This condo/ townhome was ideal for our family. Beautifully appointed, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, etc. Majestic views. We have rented in many destinations and truly thought this experience was at the top! We loved the Princeville / Hanalei area.

Picture perfect

This is an amazing property to stay at!! Gated community with access to pool/hot tub, simply stunning views from the 3 decks, and close to beaches. The property was clean, large enough for 2 couples to spread out and equipped with everything you need for a great stay, including beach gear. It was amazing and we couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Best sunsets

The property was very clean with a lot of extras. Views of the mountains with beautiful waterfalls from the lanais. Everything was comfortable and we experienced no problems.

Wonderful stay!

A perfect stay! The house was clean, spacious, kitchen was stocked with some supplies. The beach equipment was very nice and all communication was quick and efficient. They even had 2 pack and plays set up for us when we arrived. Thank you!

Amazing stay with awesome mountain view

When we visit any Hawaii islands, we always stayed at the ocean front properties but after going through the listings, we saw the photo of this house with a great Mountain View. So we decided to stay here and it did not disappoint. Location is amazing with great Mountain View. Check-in was very easy and property was really clean. Loved the layout too. Lots of privacy if you needed. 👍

The property was clean and served us well. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking items such as measuring cups and a tea pitcher. The ceiling fans ran on low only, microwave didn’t work (replaced quickly), and the downstairs blinds were broken. All beach umbrellas are also broken. There is one ac in the downstairs bedroom and one upstairs ac that makes the front bedroom hard to cool. Management was quick to respond to our concerns, property exterior was clean and property was in a great location. We were told the blinds would be replaced and ceiling fans recommended for replacement also. That didn’t help us, but hopefully the next renter. All in all, good experience in Kauai.
