Misiones Del Cabo Oceanfront Resort

Welcome to PARADISE! Why stay at a hotel when you can stay in a spacious one bedroom/1 bath condo with a full kitchen, gas grill and washer/dryer in the unit. We supply linens, towels and everything you need for a day at the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and even a surfboard (upon request)! Misiones Del Cabo Resort has two private beaches and a pool with swim-up pool bar that serves excellent fish tacos. We are located just 3 miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas. We have a swimmable beach/cove on one side that is perfect for snorkeling and the best surfing beach in Cabo called "Monuments" on the other side.

We are the owners and we manage our unit ourselves. We live close by and can assist if you have any questions or needs. Contact me directly at 910.538.8932 (US) for best rates.

Our unit is located on the fifth floor of building 4. We have a very large deck that has a 4 person table and a gas grill. We have a breathtaking view of the ocean and you can watch whales breach from the deck during whale season. You can see the ocean from every room in our condo.

The unit is completely renovated with a well appointed kitchen including stainless steel appliances and filtered water at the kitchen sink. No need to buy bottled water! The kitchen has a 4 person table to enjoy eating inside on hot days.


New for Fall 2023: Freshly painted walls in living room/ kitchen area, new gas grill on deck, new outdoor dining set and 2 new outdoor rocking chairs, new king sized mattress, new all in one washer/dryer.

Our unit is perfect for 2 adults. You can watch the sunrise while laying in the king size bed. The oversized bedroom has a king bed and plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home. Linens are provided. The living room has a 32" smart tv. Enjoy watching movies on Netflix. The condo has wifi in the unit and there is also free wifi at the pool area.

The bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. We provide you with plenty of towels for your stay. We have a tankless hot water heater so you will not be taking any cold showers.

Our deck is one of the largest. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax in the evening by grilling out and eating dinner on the deck. Usually on Thursday nights you get a fireworks show that can be seen from the deck at around 8pm.

Between the ceiling fans in every room and the breeze, you won't have much need for the air conditioner.

There is a heated pool below with swim-up pool bar that serves very inexpensive food and drinks.

There is an on-site convenience store that is open daily from 8am-8pm. They have fresh fruits, wine, beer, spirits, ice and basic food. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, walk over to the famous "Sunset Mona Lisa" for a sunset dinner and views of the arch and city. The Cape Resort is also located within walking distance, and they have several restaurants to choose from as well as a rooftop bar.

Parking is very limited! Parking fee is $3.50/ per day paid to the HOA office. We suggest using UBER or taxi to get around town.

All Renters must be 25 years old and provide a copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement. Rental agreement must be signed and emailed within 5 days.

3 night minimum, 14 day maximum. We do not rent monthly or long term.

Awesome Views & Beach

We had a great time staying at the Condo for the week. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise from the balcony, while sipping on our morning coffee was a real treat. We also were able to enjoy spending time on the beach just below the condo. The place was neat and had everything we needed, so you could stay at home and fix meals for some of our days / nights.

This place is very special

We were delighted to stay at Misiones del Cabo. The place is beautiful, with easy access to two great beaches. We woke up to extraordinary sunrises each morning, and wandered over to a different beach to watch the sunsets over El Arco each evening. We frequently ate at the pool bar, where Andres and Jerrod provided excellent, friendly service. The food was delicious, without exception, as were the mango margaritas. :) Jennifer, our host, was responsive and easy to contact if anything was needed. A wonderful host. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a comfortable, safe, quiet place to stay.

Nice Quiet Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Jennifers. It was a nice, clean and well appointed unit with more amenities than most of the STVR we have stayed at. Great location, beautifully kept grounds, nice pool and swim up bar. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio that looked out to the ocean. Saw a couple of whales which was a bonus! The beach close by was beautiful. We took the advice to bring crackers down for the fish and there was one black spotted puffer fish that stayed close to shore...he must have expected the crackers! We would definately come back!

Amazing views, great home away from home!

This home had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful Cabo vacation! The pool cafe was so convenient and food was tasty! Wednesday was Mexican night and Friday was seafood! We snorkeled at the beach, right at the shoreline (bringing crackers as Jennifer suggested). Be aware that there are some large underwater rocks and one day we had rough waves with a strong undertow. The pool was wonderful and the complex impeccably maintained! Jennifer provided detailed information about the unit, the complex and area and answered every question I had! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Most well equipped condo we've ever stayed in!

We had a great time staying here. The condo was as advertised. Super clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well shocked, and the pots and pans were of good quality. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the deck is Amazing! We watched whales as we drank coffee ever morning. We probably saw hundreds of whales. I would advise bringing binoculars. We didn't rent a car, but we're able to get Ubers. One little tip though...if you list the condos just up the st (the orange ones,) they will come quicker. A lady at the pool told me they don't recognize this place as easily. It worked and they came in a few mins rather than dropping our ride. Also, it's a much older crowd here (which we liked.) Most of the folks at the pool we saw were probably 60+. Nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place

Highly recommend this place. It has an amazing view, a great pool with pool bar, and access to a beach. Jennifer provides all the equipment you need for a beach day. A short 10 min drive down to downtown Cabo, it has everything you can ask for.

We had a glorious time here. The condo had everything we needed. We come every year to stay at Misiones and this was by far the best unit. The filtered water was a highlight and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. Jennifer was a great communicator and got back to us with our questions very quickly. We look forward to returning!

Amazing Location and View

The balcony is large and the view of the ocean with spouting and breaching whales was great. The condo is spacious with good space in the kitchen and bedroom. The storage is amazing. Recommendation: remove the heavy curtains from the doorways and buy a dishwasher for your lovely kitchen. We also loved the elevator. The WD in the unit was great. Overall, wonderful.

I have been traveling to Cabo San Lucas for over 18 years. It started out as a vacation destination and gradually turned into us enjoying several months a year. We now currently live in Cabo San Lucas full-time and we love it here!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Misiones Del Cabo over 15 years ago. We love the close proximity to downtown Cabo San Lucas. We enjoy going to the beach and surfing. Los Cabos has amazing weather year round and beautiful untouched beaches to explore. The people here are always happy and always willing to help. I love the simplicity of life when I am in Mexico.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is very spacious and the view is breathtaking. I could sit on the deck all day long. The beach is private and relaxing.
