House was so nice and clean. Communication was great. Sam was quick to respond, and property manager Kris met us on property on our second night to check on us. He was super sweet too. We were watching our kids play softball most of the time. Kids enjoyed having their own rooms. Shared with another family and we had enough bathrooms where all the kids shared and the adults each had their own. Thank you all for greeting us on property and for your timely communication.

Decent home, but not the best area. The mattresses were terrible. Couldn’t get the direct tv to work on any tvs except for one. The back patio was dirty and there was a giant ashtray full of cigar and cigarette butts. Might be time for some fresh paint inside and out. New mattresses wouldn’t hurt either.

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this beautiful home. It was well equipped and had multiple seating areas to visit and enjoy family and friends. The parking was easy. It was located near TCU. I would stay here again and again.
