The apartment offers: fully equipped kitchen, sound-proof windows, high quality mattresses for a comfortable sleep and a modern interior combined with beautifully preserved old wodden floors. This Prague accommodation is in a very secure building right next to the tram 9 in Lesser Town. Very easy to get everywhere in this most beautiful city that is so unique and original. Josef provides a wonderful digital guide to just about everything that you need to know about the area. His house manager does an excellent job, too!

Josef had someone waiting for us when we arrived, to give us keys, show us the accommodations. Our group had 4 couples and we had plenty of room to relax and rest or play evening card games or cook breakfast. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped; and the best part, we were in walking distance from everything you would want to see in Prague, close to multiple amazing restaurants. This was a 10/10 trip and stay!

Convenient, communicative and clean

This apartment was perfect for our short stay. It was a generous size and was very clean and modern. The location was superb, being right next to a lovely cafe and tram stop. It was a gorgeous area. The highlight might be however the communication of the host. Josef was extremely quick, helpfully responding to my requests, especially regarding private airport transfer to and from the airport. I would 100% stay there and come again.

Great apartment in a great location (better for adults than a family)

It’s a large apartment in a great, quiet area of Prague. There are 4 large bedrooms but only one small reception room which wouldn’t work if you wanted 8 people to sit in there to eat for instance.But it’s lovely and comfortable if you just want to use it as a base to stay in. There are 2 great bathrooms also. And a very nice cafe below.Not ideal for children in Summer as there are no blinds/curtains so the sun shone in from 5am.Josef was a great host and accommodated us being extremely early for check in. He gave us lots of local information as well. Would definitely recommend to the right group of people.

Sehr saubere und großzügige Ferienwohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern mit jeweils einem Doppelbett sowie in einem der Zimmer auch zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch. Wir sind eine Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und waren zu 6 Personen dort. Wir konnten in der Küche zusammen am Tisch sitzen zum Essen und Spielen. Bei mehr Personen würde es etwas eng. Es gibt keinen Backofen, aber die 2 Kochplatten waren für uns ausreichend. Besonders angenehm war auch, dass 2 Duschbäder vorhanden sind. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stockwerk, ein gut funktionierender Fahrstuhl ist aber vorhanden. Das Haus ist insgesamt ein imposantes und gut renoviertes Gebäude und liegt sehr zentral. Wenige Schritte entfernt kann man gleich in zahlreiche Straßenbahnlinien einsteigen. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
