Can accommodate 4 to 6 people and lounge area with TV, DVD player and BZ (convertible sleeping for 2 people).
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, closet and sink and a bedroom with bunk beds and closet, cot and high chair available on request and a bathroom with shower and sink, toilets are on the ground floor. -chaussee (with soundproof flush mechanism).

Facing the house a garden of 60 m² including 21 m² terrace with garden furniture and sunbathing. Located in the heart of the old village, at the gateway to the fields and close to all shops, it offers the possibility of quiet walks and jogging as well as bike rides (bike rental possible). Possibility of public transport (stop 200 m), nearest town: La Rochelle (Old Port, beaches, aquarium, museums etc), railway station 8.5 kms.
