The apartment is quietly located in a street parallel to the Lake of Annecy, 5 minutes walk from the Imperial beach and the shops of the Albigny district or the Parmelan district (Galeries Lafayettes).

The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size).
The living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high-speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator.

🅿️Two private parking spaces are included with the apartment reservation.
Important: the apartment is non-smoking.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Good location and comfortable apartment

This well equipped first floor apartment is located just a block from the beautiful lake and only about 1 km from the old town (15min walk) where you also can fine lots of interesting shops, plenty of great restaurants. The apartment was clean & spacious, perfect for our stay to explore this beautiful area.

Les rives du lac

La Roseraie pour un trop court séjour . Un équipement parfait , le couchage super dans des draps très propre comme le linge de toilette ,la vaisselle la télé ( pas mini) tout le confort a deux pas du lac et des commerces . Pour les prochaines vacances pas d'hésitation pour une réservation et la remise des clefs 10 minutes après notre appel. MERCI pour votre savoir faire

Appartement agréable proche du lac d'Annecy.

Bel appartement, bien situé avec parking privé, propre, proche du lac et bien orienté en cette période de chaleurs. Accueil acceptable, mais avons attendu 45' en plein soleil, bien qu'ayant prévenu la veille de notre arrivée à 15h et confirmé par SMS que nous étions déjà arrivés à 14h45. Télé n'a pas fonctionné, n'avons pas téléphoné au syndic pour éviter discussions inutiles. A part cela, la Roseraie est un bel endroit.

Super endroit pour séjourner à Annecy situé juste derrière le lac et a 15min à pieds du centre ville . Tout à proximité. Logement calme avec parking privé , literie très confortable, appartement fonctionnel et propre. Parfait pour 4 pers. Je recommande a 100% ce lieu pour venir profiter d’Annecy et des environs

Comme à chacun de nos passages, nous avons passé un agréable séjour : appartement bien décoré, équipement suffisant, literie très bonne avec linge de maison propre et en nombre, propreté satisfaisante (mais je suis un peu maniaque)!! Latifa de la conciergerie du lac est toujours disponible .

Ne pas se fier au premier coup d'œil où tout semble propre et accueillant. Le canapé est répugnant, couvert de taches que l'on essaie de camoufler par de malheureux coussins au goût suranné. Quant au dessus de lit, tout aussi élégant avec une magnifique tache. Nous attendions compte tenu des photos présentées, un appartement à la propreté irréprochable.

Needs improvement

Communication with Latifa (concierge agent) was excellent and she welcomed us well. The apartment was comfortable and just a short walk from the beautiful Anncy lake and a very pleasant 15 minute walk around the lake to the old town. There is a TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. But no tea bags or coffee capsules. There is no enough closet for clothes. I used the car parking. Thank you a lot Latifa.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas du lac et à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Il est clair, propre et bien agencé. De plus les 2 places de parking incluses dans la location sont très appréciables. Bref, si nous revenons à Annecy, nous savons où nous irons ! Et le service offert par la conciergerie est très professionnel.

Tout a été parfait pour ce séjour dans ce logement à Annecy. L'appartement est très propre, refait à neuf, moderne et spacieux. L'emplacement a été idéal pour nous, à 2 pas du lac et à mi chemin entre les départs de rando (Mont Baron et autres...) et du centre ville.

Excellent séjour, La conciergerie du Lac très professionnelle, disponible, bonne communication jusqu'au jour du départ. Week-end à Annecy

Parfaite coordination, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Latifa. Le logement est très propre, très agréable, très calme. L’appartement est très bien placé, proche du lac et des commerces. Il dispose d’un parking pour deux voitures. Très agréable séjour.
