Bel appartement à Annecy
Appartement bien situé, proche de la vieille ville (10-15 mn à pieds) et des axes routiers (proche autoroutes et voies rapides). proche à 5mn à pied d'une grande surface et pharmacie, des arrêts de bus (bus gratuits à Annecy l'été).
appartement dans une résidence sécurisée (parking extérieur et intérieur) et accès appartement - ascenseur - quartier très calme. chambre situé à l'arrière donc très calme.
spacieux pour 3/4personnes et plutôt bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Superbe appartement spacieux proche de la vieille ville, très propre, pas de surprise, conforme à l'annonce. Nous avions un peu de mal à trouver l'allée des Ducs il vaut mieux programmer rue de l' Isernon sur le GPS

Très bonne communication avec l'équipe de la conciergerie qui nous a dirigé vers férdérique. Celle ci a répondu a tous nos messages pour que notre arrivée se passe au mieux, et a fait le maximum avec l'équipe de nettoyage pour nous accueillir un peu plus tôt que prévu ( très appréciable). MERCI pour cela à frédérique, ainsi que pour son accueil professionnel mais aussi très sympathique. L'appartement est propre, très bien agencé et parfaitement situé pour tout faire à pied ( vieille ville, gare, lac). Un tout petit bémol, sur l'annonce il est noté garage ou nous espérions y mettre les vélos de location mais ce n'était pas le cas et pas d'accès aux poubelles au sous sol ce qui nous a obligé à les laisser à l'équipe de nettoyage. A revoir donc, même si cela n'a pas gâché notre agréable séjour.
