Lola's Place - Your Mountain Home Away from Home OHV off street Parking



Lola's Place was specifically built [new in 2006] as a vacation rental for our guests, who are searching for a home away from home.

This beautiful new lodge is very spacious and can comfortably sleep six. The kitchen, dining, and main living area make up the great room. Very large windows make this room cheerful and inviting. All wood floors and an aspen tongue & groove ceiling add to the warmth of Lola's Place. Lola's is on a second level and has its own private entrance with stairs.

Located on 'NOTORIOUS' Blair Street (Silvertons old 'Red Light District'). From your window watch the arrival and departure of the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.

You are within easy walking distance of shopping and dining. Stay with us and experience where the pavement ends and the Old West begins

Perfect little spot

This is the cutest little place to stay in Silverton. The owners are so kind and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We can’t wait to come back next year.

A great place to stay right in the center of Silverton

This is a very nice two bedroom apartment right in the center of Silverton. It’s easy walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and directly across from the train stop. It was really fun watching the trains pull in and out every day from our bedroom. I would highly recommend this to couples traveling with children or two couples traveling together.

Very nice Host. Tommy checked in on us and helped keep us up on the weather report. Very clean place. Easy parking. Walking distance to everything except Silverton Mountain for skiing. If go to Silverton you better have 4 wheel drive! We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing Winter Basecamp

Lola's place was a conveniently located and cozy basecamp for our winter adventures in the Silverton backcountry. Tommy greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable. When our travel plans changed due to a blizzard, he kept us updated about road conditions. Highly recommended!

Silverton Gem!

Lola’s Place is an amazing space to unwind. We had 3 nights in this beautiful cabin above a shop on notorious Blair Street. It is spacious yet warm and had all the amenities and views we could ask for in a vacation rental. Tommy was the most gracious host, even helped carry bags up the short staircase! Very accommodating and helpful. We plan to stay again soon!! Thanks for everything, Tommy!

Tommy is the man

I was completely blown away with the attentiveness of Tommy the host. The apartment is perfect for what we need in exactly is listed. Everything was clean. Check in was easy. Tommy checked in with me during my whole trip to Silverton.He did everything he could to make my travel was easy as my stay. I would say he goes above and beyond to make your trip amazing and he did just that.

Good location for downtown shops and food

Very nice set up. We did have two young children in our party. The apartment is above a gift shop and noise transmitted downstairs could be problem. It might be better for adult travelers. Perhapt this should be included in the property description. Had we known about the sound issue, we would likely have stayed elsewhere.Tommy was a great host.

Perfect cabin for a mountain getaway!

Lola’s place is exactly what you’d expect for a cabin in a small mountain town! It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was right in town and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The owner Tommy was very attentive and helpful. My family and I highly recommend a vacation to Silverton with a stay at Lola’s place!

Winter getaway

We enjoyed staying at Lola's. We made a trip to purgatory to ski and did 3 days guided at Silverton.Location is great, you can walk to everything in town within a few blocks.

Cozy, comfortable place in a wonderful mountain town

We loved our stay at Lola's. It was roomy and comfortable, and Tommy was a great host. The town was quiet, but every meal we had was great, and Lola's made it easy to get around to anywhere we needed to go. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

We love Silverton in the Fall

Great little town after Labor Day, small crowds. We have stayed at Lola's place twice and have enjoyed it both times. the leaves at the end of September are at the peak color and even though the town is almost shut down by now, we really enjoy what is still open.
