This place was great. The sauna and hot tub were great perks. The house was clean with comfortable beds, and all the amenities you will need. Check-in was a breeze and all the codes for the locks were easily communicated.

Beautiful views, cozy spa

We loved our stay! The location is unparalleled and we were surrounded by tall redwoods out every window. The jacuzzis was a treat!

Perfect Guerneville Hideaway

Perfect place for a secluded getaway. Space felt welcoming, and the outdoor space (which was the selling point) was just what we all needed. The property management company was excellent in their communications and quick to respond when one minor issue came up. Would stay here again.

Comfort & convenience

If you can make it up & down the many stairs, there is a true gem here for you. Had everything we needed. Really appreciated the luxury of air conditioning, too!

Very comfortable!

This home is in the perfect location for our needs and where we were intending to go each day. The property was ready the moment we arrived. Everything was in great order and the mgmt team even had an inviting bottle of wine waiting for us. The rooms were more than adequate and the location was so convenient.

We LOVED our stay here. It was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious for the 3 of plus our medium sized pup. Staring out the windows was magical bc it felt like you were in a tree house. The kitchen has everything we needed and everything was clean and in great shape. The location is nice too. And the ac ans heating units came in handy bc our weather fluctuated from 97 to the high 50’s. The stairs to get to/from the house are kind of intense (and we are in pretty good shape) but thankfully we didn’t have much to unload/load so it was a-okay for us.We enjoyed the spa and hot tub too and both were beautiful added touches. We also appreciated the fencing for our dog but as mentioned in the description it probably wouldn’t be sufficient for jumping dogs or bigger dogs who have a sense of adventure. Our dog was secure though :)

Cozy Home Away From Home

We loved our stay at The Artist's Perch, it was a great week-long place to call home - and we did feel like we were at home. Of course, our only complaint would be the giant stairway down into the house (50+ steps!) - it was a pain to lug our bags and groceries down and to take the bags and trash, etc. out after our visit, but that's our only complaint. This is a great house and it's been wonderfully appointed and kept up.

We had a fantastic time in Guerneville, mostly just staying at the house, enjoying the beautiful views of the redwoods, the hot tub, and the sauna. The house itself is gorgeous, there's plenty of space, lots of art, and it's a very short drive to the restaurants in Guerneville. There are plenty of stairs, so it maybe not suitable for folks with limited mobility, but I'd whole-heartedly recommend staying here, and would gladly come back again.
