The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – March 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Welcome to your home away from home on the Gulf Coast! This comfy condo has breathtaking views, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax when you aren’t out enjoying the beautiful white sands nearby. This home features a large, private balcony and is the perfect space for a couple’s getaway or small family vacation. It is centrally located near the elevators.



What’s Nearby:

The property offers fantastic onsite amenities such as a Hot Tub, pools (which are heated seasonally), an onsite fitness center, and direct Beach Access. Also on site is a fantastic Snack Bar/Grill that offers some delicious food and beverages. You will find numerous things in the area to keep the family busy, such as Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, countless mini golf courses, and Gulf World just to list a few. Just a short drive away is Pier Park, where guests can have fun with theme park-style attractions, shopping, and plenty of restaurant options to choose from.

Good condo for a short stay

It was nice,but a recliner to sleep in would be a definite plus for someone like me with asthma,, chronic restrictive lung disease,and COPD

Was the worst vacation I've had,sent the wrong codes to check in the room, floors was not clean, took the room from 9 Thursday nite to 10 the next day to cool off. Hot water only lasted a short time, I took mainly cold showers. Was woken up every day around 7 n the morning by large amounts of noise. Not a very family oriented place , smelled pot being smoked when on the balcony, would definitely not come back to this location. Very unsatisfied.

Won’t stay again

The first 24hours in the room were awful. Rom was ready 2 hours early but we literally couldn’t get in until 4:01. The sliding glass door wouldn’t open- was eventually “fixed” enough to open (with some WD40 it appeared), but was still broken and off the track, didn’t close tightly or lock. The floors turned my children’s feet black. The bunk sheets were dirty- they brought new ones that I had to put on myself. 2 nights in a row our room smelled like a skunk (obviously this was out for the control of the owner), it was weed from next door. We often smelled it in the balcony also. Only one main elevator (directly across from the room) worked over half the week. The washer and dryer are new but since they’re front load, they recycle the water and it’s makes clothes smell mildewy. Luckily we had other family and friends condos to spend time at.
