Seaweed Lane is a hidden gem in ocean city. This bay side condo is located blocks from a movie theater and less than a minute away from tax free Delaware shopping. You wouldn't know you were in Ocean City on this quiet tree lined street just minutes from the beach.

The space

Two good size bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a sleeper sofa makes sharing this space very easy. With the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and the large windows to the porch, the entire front of the house seem to connect inside and out. The exterior lighting hanging outside the porch makes for great summer evenings at the beach.
Guest access

Guests will have access to a 42" Sony flat screen. There is also all the essentials for beach trips including chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for the days at the beach. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for use as well. Guests will have two parking spots and street parking is available if needed.

PROS- nice front porch - comfortable bed- good water pressure - easy check in and check out - stocked kitchen- nice parking with super short walk - heat and ac worked well - cleanWe will stay here again!!! CONS- the pictures made the property seem way bigger than it is. The living area and dining room and kitchen were small compared to the pictures made it look like. The two of us were still comfortable! - Wii did not work- Had trouble reaching the host one time but helped us the second time.

Cute property, great location. Needed some cleaning with spider webs and dust bunnies. Blow dryer and wash cloths were missing but Norberto offered to have them delivered with Walmart. Hopefully the next guests will have them. The potential of it being perfect is there, just needs a little cleaning and inventory. All and all, worth it. I'd come back

Great location, needs some TLC

Great location, owner was great about communicating, and the house was really cute and comfy. However, the place needs some TLC and better cleaning as it was definitely not sanitized as you would expect in this age of COVID-19 (luckily we arrived in PPE and prepared to clean ourselves, just in case). If those things are taken care of then we would stay again. To his credit, the owner apologized and advised that he has spoken with the cleaners, so let's hope they do because it's an adorable place.

Ok for the money

The location was nice and the condo was spacious for what is was. Had a nice front porch with a swing. Cleaning could have been better especially in the bathrooms and the refrigerator was very dirty on the top.

Why they chose this property

I am grateful to be able to share this property with other people in Ocean City. This unit is on 142nd street so you are in a much quieter area then being down town. The great porch allows for wonderful nights under the lights, and the 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths makes it great for families or two couples. I would love to share my property with you and hope you have as many great memories in Ocean City as I have!
