Great location and views

Property is as listed. While a little older than the adjacent properties, it worked very well for our group size (6), and was a great private retreat to use instead of a resort. Highly recommend.

Disappointing villa with construction noise around and bad neighbors

My experience at Casa Ananas was very disappointing. The house is quite old and the beds in the the two bedrooms are very small and not comfortable. The utensils in the kitchen are very old. During our stay there was building work during 4 days while I’ve asked the property manager before the booking if there will be any construction work/noise and she replied there won’t be any. Also the last weekend a group of 15 young people rented the house just next door and made crazy noise from 10am to 6am! They were screaming and putting so much loud music. They were partying like crazy which is not great when you are looking for a quiet villa which I was. When I spoke to the property manager about this problem she was nice and offered us a beautiful trip on a beautiful boat. It is really nice of her but it doesn’t make up for the week we spent there. We were looking for a nice relaxing holidays and we ended up in a noisy house. I won’t recommend this villa if you want a quiet stay.

Great stay at Casa Ananas

Our family had an amazing stay at Casa Ananas! The location was perfect, right on beautiful Taylor Bay. We walked out every day from our dock in the water over to the beach. We used the lily pad to float over our kids and coolers! The kids loved the lily pad float and the paddle boards. The bay was perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. In the evenings we sat by the pool and fire pit at the house. House was perfect for our family get away. We had groceries delivered for our arrival and cooked every night. Britney the property manager was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! We hope to be back soon!
