Ocean Villa 2 is a, Beachfront Villa situated on large private lot (.7 acres) with over 120 feet of ocean frontage including a beautiful beach (tidal) and awesome waterfront sitting with sun protection, power and lighting. From the Villa's beach it’s only a short walk (50 feet) in knee high water to one of the best beaches in all of Turks & Caicos, Sapodilla Bay Beach. Your family can enjoy the best of both worlds, your own beautiful beach and still be steps from a larger beach.

Both beaches (Ours and SapBay) are perfect for Children. The water very inviting, it’s calm, crystal clear and a beautiful Turquoise colour. Kids can play and snorkel right in front of the villa while parents sit in the water in beach chairs watching.

The villa is situated on a point of land between two small bays within the larger Sapodilla Bay. This positioning gives the villa 220 degree views of the Ocean. The villa and it's large pool enjoy Westerly ocean views perfectly positioned to capture the sunset.

This older Villa has two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; a large separate living area; kitchen and bar and large pool with poolside gazebo. Ocean Villa 2 can be rented separately or together with the property next door, 4,500 sqft Ocean Villa 4. 2 separate homes with over 6,000 sq. ft. of elegant living space, swimming pools; your own beach and a large private setting which delivers a lot for the vacationing family.

The sand in front of the villa is sugar white! The water simply laps at the shoreline, because there is so very little wave action. You can snorkel right in front of the property and see coral, fish and sea turtles.

Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms. To discourage use of the air conditioning/electricity with the doors and windows open, electricity and water will be metered separately, payable at check out.

Best Vacation Ever!

We just checked out of the Ocean Villa, and we wished we could have stayed another week! Perfect for Our family of four, the villa was clean and quaint. We loved that it is located in Sapodilla Bay, the calmest side of the island. We don’t like a lot of crowds, so the choice of this villa was perfect! Private pool with the perfect temperature, beautiful breeze coming right off the ocean, not to mention the beach was just steps away where we could walk and get a drink when the booths were up—we absolutely loved it. It was our first time to TCI, and we’re already looking forward to rebooking. Kathy and William were very accommodating, making the check in and out process very easy. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

Picture Perfect Views

Excellent property on the quieter side of town. Beautiful view and easy location to walk to the Las Brisas restaurant or to Saparillo Bay Beach. Can be on the noisier side when jet skis are being rented at the beach. But overall it was extremely relaxing.

Cancel your booking ASAP

Location, location, location....and THATS IT!!!! It is an amazing location but unfortunately the home is not looked after and is extremely run down. We checked in, only to find the place extremely dirty....the rooms smelt of mold, the oven had never been cleaned, the bbq would have made you sick if you had tried to cook on it, the fridge had an awful smell, and many of the "clean " dishes in the kitchen still had food on them.The dishwasher was full of rust. The kitchen was utterly appalling. As for the pool area, the last guest had left garbage all over the patio. Old blow up toys were all around the pool deck. There were children sand buckets filled with dirty water and bugs. The shrubbery surrounding the pool, were filled with trash such as plastic cups, beer bottles and cigarettes. The stairs leading down to the beach had multiple rusty nails sticking out, that two of my children caught their feet on. Following a rain storm, the master bedroom had a leak coming from the floor. The owner then proceeded to blame this on us, stating we had left the windows open. We had not. She would have known this, seeing that you are charged for your AC usage. And we had made sure to shut all windows to conserve the AC. After contacting the owner and telling her our disappointed thoughts, she offered us a refund. We checked out only to be told 3 hours later that she would not give us the refund we were promised. However, at that point we had already checked out and booked another place. We are still working on getting our money back with little to no help from VRBO!

Spectacular Private Spot

It is hard to top the view from this lovely little property with its own private cove and beach. The floating unicorn raft was a nice way to be welcomed. You could spend your whole visit rotating between the patio right on the water (where you can literally hear the waves splashing) to sitting by the spotless pool, and back again. The property is very clean. The layout is a bit unusual in that the rooms fan off of a central screened-in porch, which means you need to lock each area separately (each of the bedrooms and the kitchen/living room area). It ended up being fine for adults though could take a little getting used to with young children, but that wouldn't deter me from returning. A short 10 minute drive to the airport and market and 15-20 minutes to Grace Bay which is very easy to do for dinner and then be able to return to a lovely quiet spot with beautiful stars at night. Be sure to bring cash to pay for the electric/utilities on checkout.

Lovely location

Wonderful place to unwind, bond with friends and enjoy the beauty. You definitely need a car if you are staying here because the only restaurant close by is across the street.

My family (from Canada) has been vacationing in Turks and Caicos for over 12 years. As tourists we have had many meals with the local restaurants, chartered day trips to the other islands (Cays) Pine, Parrot, Dellis Middle and North Caicos. Fishing charters, island exploring, snorkeling the reefs right off the beach, para-sailing and kiteboarding are some of our favorite activities on the island. Our whole family became PADI Certified Scuba Diver's during a stay a few years ago. The places to see and things to do while on vacation in Turks are endless.
