Magnificent T3 apartment, 60m2 on the sea on the 3rd and last floor with open sky terrace of 34m2. Very calm. South / Southeast exposure. Direct private access to the beach, protected private parking space. Supervised beach, first aid station.
Living room, dining room and kitchen opening onto the terrace with large bay windows with electric shutters.
Velux (bedrooms and bathroom) motorized with electric shutters.
A cabin bedroom with sea view, double bed of 160.
A bedroom on the pond side, double bed 160 with cupboards and storage. One extra mattress for a child.
Shower room with walk-in shower.
Separate WC.
Access to the apartment is via a large entrance on the lower floor.
The apartment is fully equipped, dishwasher, combined microwave / grill oven, American fridge, Nespresso machine, washing machine, induction hob, air conditioning and efficient electric heating, television, wifi, bluetooth audio system, intercom, electric gate, possibility local bikes.

Magnifique appartement avec grande et splendide terrasse vue unique sur la mer, vue dégagée sur la mer, incroyable! Vraiment!
L’accès directe et privative à la plage est tellement surprenante, pratique et agréable!
L’appartement a énormément de caractère, d’originalité, de charme. Il est parfait!
Le seul et unique petite inconvénient est le parking, c’est très compliqué de se parquer, énormément de manœuvres. Mais c’est un parking sécurisé.
Nous avons passé d’inoubliable vacances!
