Oceanfront Oasis at The Southwind

This unit is open and bright with sweeping views of the ocean from almost every window. Every square inch has been renovated with meticulous attention to detail. Designer finishes and all new furnishings, linens etc.

3 bedroom, 3 bath. THAT VIEW!! You could not possibly get any closer to the water. 4th floor southeast corner unit, 1700 sq ft with direct oceanfront views.

Technology: Working from home? We have 3 separate WiFi connections available!! One is available throughout the entire complex. Upgraded cable package includes HBO; Netflix, Prime and Hulu also set up on all tvs for your use. Living room offers an 86" Smart TV with Sound Bar and an Xbox game console. Wii game console in 2nd bedroom and other video console systems available. We also have plenty of board games.

We have added a double UV light in the air conditioning system to kill germs for your added safety and peace of mind. New carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.

The condo itself has upscale designer furnishings and top of the line everything! Bright and airy and the coastal decor really brings the beach even closer.

Sought after building on non-driving beach with great amenities such as ocean front pool ( heated Jan 15 - Mar 15), 1 tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, basketball, shuffle board courts and 2 charcoal grills. The building also has an amazing 12th floor rec room with 360 degree ocean and river views; pool tables, ping pong table, TV and other. Best place to watch a rocket launch! Gated and secure parking.

Everything you need for your stay is provided. Plenty of linens, bath towels, bath robes, beach towels, (linens replaced often). boogie boards, surf board, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, beach toys etc.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line Fisher and Paykel appliances, utensils, dishes and so much more. We have everything you need for a home cooked meal or plenty of menus if you prefer to order in.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Tommy Bahama plush mattress. Phone chargers and outlets on each nightstand and a 65” smart TV and DVD player. En-suite bathroom with double sinks and Grohe thermostatic shower system.
2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, 55” TV. USB ports for easy charging.
2nd bathroom has a soaking tub and single vanity sink.
3rd bedroom has a side ocean view, Queen bed, 55” TV and en-suite bathroom.
Ring camera on front door for security and contactless entry.
You will love this seaside retreat and will see that we truly are a step above the rest!
Wake up to the sounds of the waves and a magnificent ocean view.

The Southwind also has a 2nd floor patio where you can go see the sunsets.
We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but feel free to contact us for longer stays. The owners lounge will be closed on holiday weekends. We strive to make your stay great and continuously make updates to keep the recently updated look. We take pride in our unit and it shows.

The Best on the Beach

This condo is the best we have ever stayed in and we have been going to New Smyrna Beach for many years. It's beautifully decorated, the furniture and appliances are all up to date, the amenities are top notch, the view is 5 star, and the whole condo complex is in top notch shape. Spectacular Condo

This condo, and its owners, were amazing. We were looking to experience New Smyrna Beach and couldn’t have done it in a better place. The unit was spotless and the amenities are all top notch. The beds were so comfortable, the sheets soft and not scratchy, and the towels were soft I ordered some for my home. We had great views and a great location on the beach. We will definitely come back! So nice!

This condo is wonderful - perfect location and is the most well supplied condo we've stayed in. The owners checked in a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything and helped us out immediately when we did. Also it is the cleanest condo we've stayed in and all the kitchen items were top notch and in great condition. We can't say enough about this place and hope someday we can visit again.

Amazingly beautiful condo and perfect location!

This was the best trip we’ve had in New Symrna and we’ve been coming here for 12 years. Steve and Nancy were always available for questions and made sure we had a warm welcome with gifts! Truly the most magical week from the moment we stepped foot into the condo and were greeted with such a warm and beachy environment and the most gorgeous views right out our living room and bedroom windows! Beautiful oceanfront condo in NSB

My wife and kids along with her parents all came to stay in New Smyrna to see where I grew up and have a nice week at the beach. The condo was perfect, great location, beautiful beach, and was stocked with just about everything you could need. Everything was clean and worked as it should. We were sad to leave! Great experience, Steve and Nancy are great hosts. Felt like coming home again!

We love the beach and have traveled to many different areas using VRBO. We have learned what we like and what we don’t and have used this to continually improve our unit.
