XIXth century residence for 14 people nestled in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers

Typical Gironde house located in a park of 4000 m² nicely planted in the heart of the village. The house has 7 rooms that can accommodate 14 people.
Numerous outdoor spaces will allow you to enjoy the calm necessary for a restful moment: heated swimming pool, bowling alley, barbecue and shaded terraces.
You will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of an old Bordeaux village, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco/press and even a cinema; accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes. Also the noise, in particular in the evening is limited, in the respect of the peace of the neighbors...

The rental price is 700 € per night. A cleaning fee of 250 € is to be expected in addition to the rental. Household linen and towels are also extra: 100 €. The tourist tax, which we pay entirely to the town hall, is +/- 2,8€ (according to the duration and the number of people) per night and per adult.
Reservation of 2 nights minimum from September to June, and 1 week in July and August.

Near Bordeaux, 20 mn from its historical center and 12 km from the St-Jean train station.
Come and discover the Cité du Vin, the Miroir d'eau, the historic facades of Tourny, the quays and banks of the Garonne, 10 mn from the ring road, you can reach the beaches in less than 1 hour. St Emilion is 26 km away and Sauternes wines are just a short distance away ....
