Loved the location of this property for our football weekend with our son. Very convenient and clean. Mike was a fantastic host and answered all our questions quickly. We would stay here again 100%!

Really nice property great location very convenient for our move-in at FSU would definitely stay with these hosts again. The pictures of the beds were slightly different than the actual beds, but still plenty of room for us and very comfortable.

Excellent stay for graduation weekend!

We were in Tallahassee for an FSU graduation, and the location of this property was super convenient and description was very accurate. Thank you, Mike! We had a great stay! Go noles!

Property is only 10 minutes from the airport. It’s only a mile from the stadium. It’s easy to get to the campus and restaurants! Property is a little long in the tooth.ie the bathrooms need updating, especially the floors. Also would have been good to know that the coffee maker was a Keurig and not a standard coffee maker. Also couldn’t access local channels in spite of following the instructions. All this being said, I would stay there again! The owner was attentive and communicative!

Ehhhhh

Ehhhh. After a 7 hr drive to get there and an hour and a half after our designated check-in time, the cleaning lady was still there cleaning and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes before we could actually check in. Messaged property owners and it took a while for them to respond with "sorry she was taking her time". Despite the cleanliness, a mildewy musty smell remained so it felt dirty and dingy and we ended up checking out a day early.

We were out of the country, I responded to you as soon as I heard what was going on. You texted at 539 pm and I called you at 715 pm. You never responded via text or a phone call. She was doing a deep cleaning before football season. So she was taking her time and lost track of time. We have never heard of a musty smell and you can see from past reviews.

No way to watch tv

Make sure you bring some type of streaming stick if you want to watch tv in the main room. We checked-in on Thanksgiving and there was no way to watch football. Luckily, we were able to get a Roku from the Walgreens that was open on the holiday. The place was clean, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Overall, we had a good time and would stay there again.
