Provencal farmhouse of the eighteenth century, completely renovated, at the entrance of the charming village of Boulbon (restaurants, shops) and at the foot of the protected massif of Montagnette from where many walks and hikes on foot or by mountain bike.

15/20 minutes drive from Avignon, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Arles. Close to magnificent sites, from Baux-de-Provence to Pont-du-Gard. Also less than an hour from the Camargue and the sea.

On arrival we will give you a homemade guide with places to visit, where to eat, where to shop, festivals.

The house consists of an independent studio in the garden with a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom and a living room (bed possible, rather for a child) and the main building in which are:

On the ground floor
- A kitchen
- A large living / dining room (table for 12 people)
- a small lounge / TV room
- A bedroom with a mezzanine with three single beds (which can be joined together to make a double bed), a bathroom with a bath, an alcove with an extra bed and a games room

The ground floor and the 2nd floor are air conditioned. On the first floor the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The garden of 2000m ² is arranged for meals in the shade under the laurel or the fig tree, is bordered by an olive grove and surrounded by orchards. It has a swimming pool 12meters heated and completely secure, as well as games for children. Two tennis courts are open access 5min walk.
