We love this place and have made it a family tradition to return year after year. Home and needs are comfy. The swimming area is great for small and big kids and adults. We love the covered area and hammock on the dock as well. Everything we need in the kitchen and games for the family as well!

The highlight is definitely the location and the backyard - great spot on the lake, lovely big shaded tree, seating area under the deck was an enjoyable spot to chill - and the hammock of course. House worked for our needs and was at a reasonable price too. Everyone had a fun time. Host was available when needed.

What a beautiful property and exactly what our family was looking for to spend some quality time together over the holiday weekend. This home is cozy and spacious. The large windows let you take in the great views of the water and lakefront property. The host was so kind and thoughtful and went over the top to make sure we felt welcomed and tended to our every need. We loved how well stocked this home was from kitchen appliances, utensils, games, cards & family fun. The only thing that was missing were some folding lounge chairs so that we could relax on the dock with our feet up. When we inquired if the owner had any of these in their closets, before we went out to buy some, she offered to purchase and have them shipped to the house for use. Incredible service! The grill was brand new! The lawn games brand new and she made sure we knew where to find these in the storage units. We had an incredible time in this incredibly comfortable home both relaxing and creating great memories. If you are looking for a spacious place to cook, swim, fish, read, relax, bake and call home for a few days, this is it! We love lake life and absolutely adored this property!

We've stayed here several times now and it is always lovely. A very comfortable place to stay with activities for all and nice thoughtful touches like a hammock, ping pong, air hockey and other games. The kids/teens love swimming and jumping off the dock here, it's nice and deep. The shady yard and multiple outdoor sitting areas are perfect to adapt to the time of day/mood. Darby is a great and responsive host too!

No boat needed, we enjoyed swimming, floating and jumping off the dock! House was nice and plenty of room for all. Everyone's ready to do this again.House was booked right before the flooding in central Texas, the owner of the property kept me updated on the condition of the water and sent me pictures to ease my anxiety. I definitely recommend this property.

Perfect lake retreat!

The house was very clean, well stocked for cooking, and lake fun. There were plenty of towels for inside and outside, and some floats and life vests also. The waterfront area was great for floating, and handy for the ski boat we rented at Splash. The host was extremely responsive. We will definitely come back again.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great time here. It was very comfortable and the host was very receptive to any questions we had. The water was freezing, but the kids enjoyed it anyway. We all enjoyed catching a few fish! It's a quiet neighborhood which we really enjoy.
