About this property

Private guest suite, close to town center and Link light rail

Quiet setting in Lake Forest Park, bordering N Seattle. Our suite is walking distance to our local town center, and a short drive to the light rail stations at both Shoreline North, and MLT for a short trip to down town Seattle. The space has it's own entrance and located is in the lower level of our home. It offers a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and small dining space. It's perfect for a couple or single traveler visiting Seattle for pleasure or work. Parking space for one car is included. We live upstairs and are here to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

So happy with our stay at this property! Beautifully clean, comfortable and they thought of everything we could possibly need. Very comfy bed, pillows and linens, kitchen had everything we needed including thoughtful touches that went above and beyond, well outfitted bathroom, great shower. And the view from the deck was fabulous! Love this place and hope to be back when we visit family!

Very nice and comfortable VRBO

Our first time using VRBO and will definitely continue. Jamie and Derek have a beautiful home with this downstairs studio type setting. The bed is super comfy. Pretty much anything you need for cooking too. Plenty of dishes and was especially excited that there was good creamers (liquid) for our coffee. We're going to most definitely book again in the future because it's way more comfortable, clean and inviting than a hotel stay. More affordable as well, thank you for that Jamie and Derek. We were Blessed!!
