About this property
1940s Bungalow| Deck+Chef's Kitchen| Dog Friendly
Summary:
Welcome to one of East Nashville's most lovingly restored 1940s bungalows — where vintage charm meets modern comfort. Whether you're here for the music, the food scene, or just a much-needed getaway, this is the kind of place you'll want to come back to.
The Space:
All one-story living, thoughtfully designed for up to 6 guests:
2 bedrooms + sleeper sofa in the living room
Exposed wood beams throughout
Oversized deck with deep, comfortable seating
Fast WiFi + Smart TVs
Dedicated workspace
🍳 A Kitchen Worth Talking About
This isn't your average vacation rental kitchen. We're talking:
5-burner gas range with pot filler faucet
Double ovens
Immaculate granite countertops
Full cookware, dishware, and coffee setup to get you started
Whether you're cooking a full group breakfast or just making your morning coffee, this kitchen delivers.
☀️ The Deck
Step outside and exhale. The oversized deck is surrounded by nature — grab a coffee, sink into one of the deep chairs, and listen to the birds. It's the kind of slow morning Nashville doesn't get enough credit for.
🐾 Dogs Welcome
We love a good travel pup! One dog up to 50 lbs is welcome. We just ask that they stay off the furniture, remain leashed outdoors, and are crated if left alone in the house. Full pet guidelines are in the house rules.

Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could imagine you would need. A lot of thought was put in to this wonderful property. Owner has put a lot of detail into everything. Very clean and everything updated. Great location and wonderful charming neighborhood to walk. The host, Pam was very personable. Check in and check out went flawless. Quick in and out access code. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful deck!! Will be coming back to this property. Very close to Opry Land and Opry Mills Mall.
What a wonderful and convenient property! It is perfectly situated in East Nashville where you can see the quieter side or be on Broadway in 15 minutes! Everything was exactly as listed and the welcome documentation explained the home and processes perfectly. Looking forward to staying there again!
We enjoyed our stay in great comfort. The house is lovely with nice extras like cozy throws and the white noise machine. The kitchen is great and we enjoyed the spacious deck. This is our second stay in this home and we hope to be back!
Great property! Pam was an excellent host and was always nearby if we needed anything. She even allowed us to store our bags in the backyard before our departure. We stayed here for CMA Fest, and the location was very convenient….about 20 minutes from Nissan Stadium. Uber rides to and from the stadium cost around 30 each way, though those transportation costs can add up over a five-day stay.I rated communication with the host 3 stars because I would have appreciated clearer checkout instructions. A simple checklist of any tasks to complete before leaving would have been helpful. If there were no checkout requirements, it would have been nice to receive a message letting us know that as well. It's possible that information was included in my messages, but I had trouble accessing or sending messages through VRBO during our stay. Over all a great property and I would love to stay there again in the future.
Great location in a nice neighborhood Clean and well stocked Good communication with the ownerFun decorSuper easy checkin/outWould definitely stay again and recommend
Great location! Quiet neighborhood and close to everywhere we needed to go! Very clean and well stocked with things needed! The host was very quick to respond to any questions.
This cute little bungalow was a great place to stay for our work trip. It was super clean and decorated very cute. It was a short drive from the airport, to the Gaylord (where our conference was), and Broadway. We would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Nashville!
We had a wonderful stay! The owners are lovely and very helpful. The home is adorable, very well maintained and comfortable. Easy travels around the Nashville area from here. Would definitely stay again!
The home was clean, cute and easy to find. We especially loved the deck area with the string lights. It was perfect and close by to one of our favorite new bars, Roy's Tavern. We really enjoyed our stay.
Very clean and stocked with everything you should need. We brought our own fans as we are a family that can’t sleep without them but they even had one in the closet. My daughter wished that the queen bedroom had a tv too but other than that it was perfect! We will definitely keep it in mind to rent again!

About the host
Hosted by Pam & Jim
Welcome! We recently moved to Nashville from Kennesaw, Georgia, (a bit north of Atlanta) to be closer to our kids and grandkids. Jim retired from Kodak after spending more than 30 years in the photographic industry, and Pam retired from CVS as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. This is not our first time owning a BNB, as we also owned and hosted a Bed and Breakfast in the Napa Valley in Calistoga in the 90’s and we absolutely loved it! We have four daughters and eight grandchildren and there is nothing we enjoy more than spending time with them all!
We are amazed by what a dynamic destination city Nashville has become and we are so excited about sharing and hosting our beautiful home in East Nashville!
