Studio located on the second floor of a small residence of three apartments, above the restaurant Sans Souci, in the middle of the main beach of Benodet.

Completely redone in 2019.

Situation exceptionnelle sur le front de mer .On accède directement à la plage sans rue à traverser . Propreté irréprochable et accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé quelques jours formidables, ce qui nous incite à revenir très bientôt.Il faut également souligner la propreté de la station

Une véritable pépite avec une vue mer exceptionnelle !Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans ce studio qui est une véritable pépite. La vue sur la mer est tout simplement incroyable, un vrai bonheur de se réveiller et de profiter de ce magnifique panorama chaque jour. Le studio est exceptionnel et nous avons été plus que ravis de notre séjour.Une mention toute particulière pour Anne, notre hôte, qui nous a accueillis d’une manière formidable. Elle est d’une gentillesse incroyable, attentionnée, chaleureuse et vraiment adorable. Son accueil a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir !Un grand merci à Anne pour cette superbe semaine. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine a Bénodet dans ce studio qui est très agréable et très bien équipé.Le canapé-lit est très confortable et on y dort très bien.La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle et reposante.La fréquentation de la plage et du restaurant en dessous ne sont absolument pas dérangeants.Anne, qui nous a accueillis, est très amicale et souriante et aussi très professionnelle. Elle est également de bon conseil pour les sorties. Encore merci à elle.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern im Inserat. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, im Bad gibt es genug Stauraum. In der Nähe der Wohnung findet man immer einen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Die Aussicht von der Couch/Bett und dem Balkon auf das Meer und den Strand ist unschlagbar. Das Restaurant im EG ist zu empfehlen. Wir hatten durch die Gäste keine Lärmbelästigung, waren jedoch nicht in der Hauptsaison dort.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit grandioser Lage und Aussicht

Alles war sehr unkompliziert und wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Einzig die Angabe über Handtücher und Ankunftszeit war zu bemängeln. Dies sollte vielleicht in der Anzeige mit aufgenommen werden. Aber das Apartment war sehr sauber, die Dusche heiß und für zwei Personen der Platz vollkommen ausreichend.

La vue !

Une vue magnifique, sensation d'être dans une cabine de bateau avec l'océan en point de vue permanent. La plage est belle et propre. Les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles facilement. De belles ballades aux alentours à réaliser, nous conseillons notamment de ne pas passer à côté d'un tour vers l'archipel des Glénans (splendides)

Séjour et logement au top !

Studio moderne, très bien aménagé avec une terrasse permettant de bien profiter du soleil et de l'air marin. Vue imprenable sur la mer avec un couchage face à la baie de Bénodet et en bruit de fond le clapotis des vagues.... un bonheur. Emplacement idéal pour se promener avec toutes sortes de commerces et restaurants au bas de l'immeuble. Accueil très chaleureux par Anne et réponses rapides par Mr LE DOARE au téléphone. Je conseille sans restriction cette location et reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

le studio correspond bien à l'annonce. quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer avec une météo ensoleillé. le seul bémol, le manque de parking a proximité du studio.
