Splendid 2 rooms, completely renovated and furnished in a secure, quiet residence, 5 minutes walk from the tram to get to the city center or to the direct airport in 15 minutes and a stone's throw from the Prommenade des Anglais beach and from the Saint Agustin train station. The accommodation consists of a living room with an American kitchen, a dressing room, a bathroom, an air-conditioned bedroom and a small terrace on the ground floor.
Ideal for a couple or family with a child. Maximum two adults.
Blue Velo station 10 minutes away for cycling on the cycle paths along the Promenade des Anglais towards the center where the port of Nice or towards St Laurent du Var, Cagnes sur mer, Villeneuve Loubet and Antibes and enjoy the beaches, marinas and restaurants.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Animals are not allowed.
Household linen (sheets and towels) provided.
No smoking and parties prohibited.

Trevlig hyresvärd . Var alltid tillmötesgående och inga problem när vi ville ha hjälp med något.Allting rent och fräscht. Enda nackdelen var att balkongen vette ut mot en parkeringsplats.
