Charming detached villa of 140 m² with sea view, with private 9x4 salt pool 2 km from the village of Aspremont where all amenities (restaurant, pharmacy, doctor, convenience store ...) are located and 30 minutes from the center of Nice (square Masséna) .To reach Nice and its center, just go to the tram parking lot located in Nice Nord (15 minutes from my house, by vehicle or by regular Nice-Aspremont bus) and take the tram that will take you in the center of Nice and its beaches.

Très bon séjour

Nichée sur les hauteurs de Nice, cette maison est très agréable avec une vue imprenable. La piscine est très appréciable et les environs sont très jolis. Le propriétaire est très gentil très arrangeant. Je recommande vivement cette adresse, en famille ou entre amis vous y passerez un bon séjour.
