Beautiful apartment 70 m2 completely redone on the 2nd floor, with terrace facing south 180 degrees, including 2 bedrooms and 4 beds (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, 1 convertible 160 in the living room), a new kitchen (electric plate , hood, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge + freezer) overlooking a large living room (2 sofas including a convertible for 2 persons) open on the large terrace of m2 with bench, a bathroom with shower (tray 90 x 120), sink and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.

Très bonne vacances, l’appartement les pieds dans correspondait presque exactement à ce qui a été annoncé. Cependant un bémol: il est situé dans un pk municipal et payant d’une trentaine de places où se retrouvent presque tous les jours et à n’importe quelle heure des gens venant de l’extérieur en produisant des nuisances sonores!

L appartement se trouve dans un immeuble dont les parties communes ne sont pas entretenue: Elles sont donc sales et n engagent pas à entrer dans l immeuble Autre point ayant trait à l appartement mais aussi surement à l immeuble: odeurs de refoulement d égouts dans les wc et la salle de bain: très désagréables Enfin la propriétaire ne prévient que la veille du séjour, qu il faudra payer le stationnement avant l immeuble; et cerise ur le gâteau tente de me demander 200 euros en espèces à mon arrivée pour prévenir mes éventuels dégâts...

Une vue imprenable

Idéalement située, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. L'appartement est vraiment convivial, moderne, et parfaitement équipé. J'avais des craintes pour stationner mon véhicule mais finalement, aucune difficulté. Un accueil sympa et des facilités de départ. Une excellente semaine en famille qui ne nous laissera que des supers souvenirs.
