Its situation: on foot at 2 min. from the central market, 15 min. from Royan beach, 20 from Pontaillac beach. Even the first supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away!
Its beautiful layout: its kitchen open to the living room, a sleeping area, all forming a little cocoon of sweetness.
It is located on the second floor in a quiet and secure residence with caretaker and lift and is also composed of a laundry room, a dressing room, a bathroom with bath, separate toilet, and a place in the covered parking of the residence and a small cellar to store your bikes, surfs ...
