Comfortable 40 m² apartment, rated 2 stars, perfect for a wonderful family holiday. Located 250 meters from Grande Conche Beach and close to the town center, this apartment sleeps 3 and features an entrance hall with a large closet, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), a living/dining room opening onto a balcony (sofa bed 140x190 cm), flat-screen TV, a spacious 11 m² bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm, chest of drawers) also opening onto a balcony, a lovely en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), vanity unit, and a separate toilet with a washing machine. A private underground parking space is included.
Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided – these can be ordered upon request. Cleaning service available upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required. A €500 security deposit is payable via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.

Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Appartement tout à fait correct. Correspond à l'annonce. Il faut préciser quelque détails "local poubelle" par exemple.L'inventaire n'est pas très adapté les photos c'est bien mais l'inventaire papier est nul.
