Starting point for hikes (maps provided) and fishing around the 120 ha lake located 500m away, visits to Périgord (Prehistory, castles, vineyards of Monbazillac and Bergerac and Duras, gastronomy) (visits possible to winegrowers)
Description: living room with fireplace, TV and wifi, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with closed shower, utility room, hallway, 4 bedrooms including 2 beds for 2 people and 3 beds for 1 person, folding baby bed, children's games, private garden, lounge outdoor, barbecue, parking, all on 1200 m 2 of green space with trees, ideal for a relaxing or active holiday with family or friends
