Welcome to Dordogne, the wine and food french place. The gite les Roches close Eymet (about 3km) , a very alive village, where you can find so many restaurants, shops, pub..
The gite is an old stone house , not basic, original and very spacious with 4 bedrooms ensuit, relax space with sofa and TV, a terrass diner space with nice view ,a little flat, a barn with spacious living room , 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom and a space barbecue terrass with bar, table and close to the secure swimming pool. All will seduce you between bambous and trees , nature, peaceful, shops in a village if you need, close 200 mètres by walk.

Great space

Very nice house, spacious and clean. Beautiful terrace and nice pool. Careful of the mosquitos! And there is no Wi-Fi. Lola was amazing and a great host, definitely recommend

Un bel endroit mais des choses à améliorer

Une belle batisse de charme, avec de nombreuses terrasses et espaces atypiques, caractéristique de la région, bien aménagée et au calme parfait avec des départs pour de jolies promenades alentours (course à pied, VTT ou marche). En revanche, quelques difficultés de cette location en tout début de saison (WEnd de l'Ascension): piscine pas prête (robot HS, eau verte et trouble), un sauna indiqué...qui n'existe plus, le ménage datait probablement de la fin de saison de l'année 2022 (insectes morts sur le sol de plusieurs pièces, toiles d'araignée, du linge sale retrouvé dans une armoire...). L'hôtesse est plutôt agréable et arrangeante mais elle a clairement du mal à gérer cette grande location seule en plus de son travail. Beaucoup d'escaliers dont à ne pas recommander à des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer.

Très bon week-end reposant et idéal entre amis. EYMET est une magnifique commune à visiter et Issigeac, également pour son magnifique marché le dimanche matin.!!!

Superbe semaine en Dordogne.

Fabuleuse semaine en famille dans cette jolie maison de pierre, spacieuse, très bien aménagée et équipée. L’emplacement est idéal, dans un bel environnement très calme et près de la nature, mais aussi très bien situé pour visiter cette belle région de la Dordogne, ses sites, ses marchés et manifestations de toutes sortes. Et bien sûr, pour nos ados, la piscine a été la cerise sur le gâteau! Lola est une hôtesse attentive, chaleureuse et disponible et nous avons eu grand plaisir à la rencontrer. Notre seul regret est de n’être pas restés une autre semaine (au moins!). A renouveler!
