We travelled to Charleston for the weekend, and there were 2 couples staying in the Rose Suite. The property was clean and as pictured, the location to downtown was close enough for us to walk each night to King Street for dinner, and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the host was prompt and easy, and our check-in was a breeze. It was also nice that 2 parking spaces were provided with the rental. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Charleston. The property was clean, updated, and in a great location—we were able to walk everywhere. We traveled as two couples and had plenty of space, with each couple having their own bathroom, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean. There are some nearby restaurants and shops. Everything was really nice. There was even a hairdryer with a diffuser (this curly girl appreciated that). It a bit of a walk to downtown but doable. We had some issues with the ice maker and water pressure but the host responded quickly and brought in some bags of ice. We would stay here again.

Our stay was great, the listing and pictures were very accurate. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Communication with the host was excellent before and during our stay.We had one issue with a leaky faucet while there and they promptly replied and sent their handyman over to fix it. We recommend having a car for the location if your plan is to spend a lot of time seeing the sights in downtown, otherwise plan on doing a lot of walking.

This is a lovely property, centrally located and very convenient for exploring Charleston. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood, picking up tasty snacks/lunch nearby, and dining 1/2 block away at an excellent Indian restaurant. The property manager was great to work with. The place was well equipped, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

This spot is perfect for enjoying the sites and activities of Charleston. With your car parked in their secure parking lot you can easily walk to most city activities. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and spacious and in an excellent quiet location close to restaurants. There were two parking spaces assigned to the unit in the lot right next to the building. The management company was very responsive to our pre-trip questions and provided very useful information about the city. During our stay they also responded right away to the few questions we had about the unit. We highly recommend booking this unit.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a rather large apartment and the decor was beautiful. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was so key and we really appreciated the king size beds. We were so appreciative of the fact that there was not a moldy smell in the unit as is typical of Charleston.
