What a great property in Old Town Nice! The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. The double balconies really allowed for the perfect experience for our first time in French Riveria. Richard and our host were great communicators and made check in seamless. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Nice was fantastic! We were in France for 2 weeks at different stays and this was by far the best! They provided everything you would need to enjoy Nice, including beach towels and chairs! We also loved the location. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful location, easy walk to everything in old Nice. Balconies are a nice sit for morning coffee or evening wine, only space for 2. Great food all around, as well as interesting shopping. Rock (not sand) beach is a short walk away.

This is my second stay at this charming old-town property. It’s a rare find for two groups travelling together, offering privacy with adjoining accommodations. It has separate bathrooms and balconies. The place is clean and well-stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. Our property manager was prompt and helpful throughout our stay.

This is one of our favorite apartment rentals ever. Kitchens and bathrooms are well supplied with quality appliances and products. LOTS of towels! I love staying in the old town section of Nice, which typically requires climbing stairs rather than taking an elevator. We’re in our sixties and are fit and found the stairs easy to navigate. Stepping out on rue Rossetti each morning and enjoying happy hour on the balcony every afternoon was a delight. Despite a couple of bars nearby, we slept well thanks to insulated windows. We opted to take Ubers to/from nearby Villefranche Sur Mer, Beaulieu Sur Mer and Eze and to towns farther afield including Saint Paul de Vence and Antibes. We loved the whole fish (sea bream) at nearby Le Petit Lascaris so much that we ate dinner there three times during our eight night stay. Highly recommended rental!
