Villa Vista is the hidden pearl of Casa Panama, a vacation rental in Jenner CA. Located on the side corner of Casa Panama facing a separate lot, it has a private gated entrance from the parking area that opens onto the upper deck with views of the Russian River and the Pacific

Beautifully presented, the home has 3 levels with ocean views from each. The entrance level has a large, very well-stocked kitchen, a laundry area, sitting area, and a dining area with big windows and mesmerizing views. Upstairs has a big-screen TV with a plush sleeper sofa. Downstairs is the Master Suite with a private deck, a spacious bath with a glassed-in shower, and a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding. Wake up in the morning in this sumptuous space enjoying the ocean view from your bed.

Villa Vista has a warm inviting ambiance and is guaranteed to become a favorite stop when you are exploring the coastal region. This part of the coast is a favorite for cyclists, bird watchers, and hikers. In fact, as part of Casa Panama, Villa Vista guests are welcome to use our proprietary right to the Jenner Headlands gate located a short walk from the house. This allows you to hike in without driving 2 miles up Hwy. 1 to their parking lot. The trailhead connects immediately and is well marked.

Villa Vista

Beautiful place, very comfortable, great place to stay and relaxed. The cost line is beautiful and just minutes away. You have a great view of the ocean and river. Our sunsets was awesome as we enjoyed our beverage :-) highly recommend!!

Great views

This property is clean, stocked, and thoughtfully laid out. Beautiful detailed artwork throughout and comfort just where you need it. We loved the style, and the views from every room are breathtaking. Garden full of blooming coastal plants loaded with hummingbirds. We hope to comeback soon!

Beautiful property with astounding view

Location was perfect, the views from the unit and the decks were breathtaking. Communication with owner was easy. Bed was very comfy. Inside and outside all felt very nice, beautiful, and well cared for. Grill was easy to use. Only small bummer was the group staying in the attached unit was very loud which made relaxing outside slightly less peaceful.

Very nice but noisy

There are 3 appartements in the same large house. They are separate and vis a vis is limited. Nevertheless, the acoustic insulation between apartments is limited. Our unit was decorated with taste and very functional.

I am a decorator at heart and a retired decorator by profession. It is with great pleasure that I continue finding ways to make your stay more comfortable. We will be renting Villa Vista through June of 2024. I live nearby but there is always a caretaker available if you have any problems or need any help. Every day we spend at Casa Panama is like a little heaven on earth and I hope you find the same true for you!

I am originally from San Diego daughter of a well-known fashion professional of the same name and a Dutch father, a cabinet maker who built not only all the furniture but also designed and built our home on a ranch in the country. All of the famous designers visited the ranch for sophisticated parties and events while on the flip side my sister and brother and I might have been out picking oranges, tending the animals or riding our horses.

I have always loved the ocean and have fond childhood memories of daddy taking us out in the San Diego Bay for fishing trips on his cabin cruiser. I have lived on or near the sea for the past 40 years with a memorable stint in the Caribbean for 12 of those years. When I moved to the Northern California area, I just fell in love with Jenner at first sight. The people and the place just resonates a vibe you will never forget.

Why they chose this property

It is close to thousands of acres of parkland that surround the town of Jenner. The Jenner Headlands alone has 14 miles of trails and the beach parks have even more. This area draws birders, cyclists, hikers, kayakers. It is a place to reconnect and rejuvenate the spirit. The physical beauty of the place is just stunning and the change in season and sunlight make it an ever-changing kaleidoscope of breathtaking views.

What makes this property unique

Connection with nature. Peaceful surroundings. A microclimate of temperate weather. Most activities can be easily reached without a car. Our guests are able to access the trailhead through a proprietory gate just a short distance up the hill.
