A great apartment in a brilliant location. We loved our stay: the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Having a garage for the car made life easy! La Jolla Shores is a beautiful spot for couples and families alike!

Everything you need

Very nice property equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach equipment that was provided was just spectacular. The owner’s attention to the little details were much appreciated. I would highly recommend!

Excellent location, super clean and great management !

The place is very convenient, has all the amenities you could need and the property manager terrie is very responsive . Loved our stay there is so much to do beach, kayaking, walking , las Jolla cove is a few mins ride. We will definitely be back .

Best vrbo experience

Beautiful, comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need, located 2 blocks from the beach and a stone's throw from great coffee shops and restaurants. Best of all, Terrie, the host, was thoughtful and helpful throughout, and she was exceptionally generous and flexible when we needed to extend our stay. A wonderful person and a wonderful place.

Family San Diego vacation

Great property. Pictures do not do this rental justice. Terrie was a great host and location and proximity to beach was great! It was close to downtown, 20 mins drive at most to most tourist attractions we visited. If our family goes to San Diego again, we would definitely look into staying here again! Thank you Terrie

Very clean, nicely kept.

We love staying here. Terrie always goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even changed the batteries in one of the toys she has stocked, when my son asked why it didn't work. Very sweet lady! The place is emaculate and very cozy. We have 3 kids and they all love how close this property is to the beach! Excellent location, and great accommodations! Thank you Terrie, we will be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable and the floorplan is great for a family, while the bedrooms are private enough that you can get some alone time. The owner was so nice and thought of everything. We have been coming to La Jolla for many years and this is one of the best places we've stayed. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, and the wagon full of beach toys was so nice for our kids. We could travel light since everything we needed was there. Having your own garage in La Jolla is a definite bonus.

Very special home in La Jolla Shores

This beautiful, immaculate, and centrally located apartment in La Jolla Shores is so special that my husband and young child try to stay here whenever we are in San Diego. Terrie, the owner and host, is incredibly gracious, wonderful, generous and communicative, and she will make you feel like you are in a truly exceptional place, and you are! This unit has such a warm & positive feeling, aside from every comfort and amenity you could possibly need. Plenty of room to spread out, dedicated parking spot in private garage, and all the beach towels, chairs, and toys you could need. The location could not be better, right on the main street of Shores, just steps from the beach, but quiet and peaceful. My family and I are so grateful to the owners! Highly recommended, don't think twice about it!

Wonderful stay again!

This property is wonderful. We have stayed here with our two young kids multiple times. The unit has two bedrooms with a great room for the kids with two twin beds. There are tons of games, toys for the kids and books. You can’t ask for a more convenient location. About 100 steps to the beach and multiple great restaurants, coffee shops and stores on the block. Terrie is a wonderful host and always checks in to make sure everything is ok. We’ll be back again!

Great stay

The location was great and it was really wonderful having everything you would need for the beach provided. We just loaded up the wagon and spent the day at the beach several times. Many great restaurants on the walk to the beach, a fun environment for our family of four.

Beach Beauty

Everything about our stay was perfect and mirrored the many five star reviews this gem and its delightful owner garner. The property is ideally located a pleasant short walk to the beach; the beach itself is terrific for just about any beach activity from vigorous to lazy and great for all generations of a family. The surrounding little neighborhood is charming, fun and lively; it’s summer happy with enough little shops and a range of restaurants to keep you local if you choose. The garage parking is a dream: We appreciated it each time we took the car out. The unit itself is perfect. Everything you could think of has been thoughtfully put there in this sparkling clean, relaxing space. Very well outfitted with comfortable beds and highly functional and inviting living spaces. Terrie is the most helpful and competent owner you could ever meet. She goes above and beyond in all ways. Thank you Terrie!! We can’t wait to come back next summer!!

Another amazing stay at this condo!

We love spending our yearly family vacations at this wonderful condo. It's clean and stocked. The condo comes with a wagon, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. It is well-equipped with shower towels, games, books, dishes, and cooking ware. It's walking distance from the beach, great shops, and wonderful restaurants. Terrie is the best!!! Additional info: We ate at Piatta's, Brick & Bell, Sandpiper, & Barbarella's. The shops are great, especially Ocean Girl downstairs; CUTE stuff at reasonable prices and superb customer service. Everyday CA was great for Kayak rentals and SEA Surf school was a hit with the teens. During, this visit, we caught a musical at the La Jolla Theater; it was amazing. During some day trips out, we went to the museums, hiked a slot canyon, and did a Star Trek VR Experience at the mall. Always a great time in San Diego, and this condo is located near so much cool stuff. For reference, our kids are 16, 14, & 8. This condo is great for ALL, especially for families or girls' weekend! Thank you, Terrie, for another wonderful visit!!

THE place to stay in LJ Shores

We have stayed here three times and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! The owner, Terrie, is the absolute best! She brought over supplies for us before hurricane Hillary hit because she was worried about us! The place is always clean for our stay and well appointed for any cooking needs. Can’t wait to visit again!
