2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath beach house, large living room with fireplace, dinning room that seats 8, modern upgraded kitchen with extra large stainless Thermador refrigerator, 6 burner Viking stove w/ double ovens and 4 bar stools. The master bedroom has a king bed and seating area by a fireplace and a private patio. The master bath has 2 water closets, a shower, jacuzzi tub and 2 walk-in closets. The guest bedroom has a King bed (this bedroom opens up into the master with double sliding doors), guest bath with shower. The property has 2 court yards, one off the master bedroom and one central court yard that connects the kitchen to the main living room. The main court yard has a gas grill and outdoor dining area. The property has a whole house reverse osmosis water filter. Rental comes with wireless internet. The property is 3 short blocks to La Jolla Shores beach.

The La Jolla house is perfect for busy weekends and the beach because you can walk a few blocks & avoid all the crazy traffic! Super convenient to stores and restaurants! The house is spacious and comfortable and the owners were easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house and location

The house was really nice and in a perfect location to walk to all the La Jolla shops. The rooms were very big, although did not have much sound separation. The entire house was beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor area.

The house is amazing, with tons of skylights in every room, glass doors to a private courtyard and bedroom patio, beautiful dining table, well appointed luxusious kitchen, large master bedroom (with a fireplace), and huge master bath with separate his & hers vanities, sinks, and walk-in closets. Its also amazingly quiet for being on a busy street - the bedroom is in back and all we heard was the mockingbird, never a car or person. Its very close to great restaurants, the beach, and UCSD/SIO. It is a wonderful retreat!

Great spot for UCSD graduation weekend

La Jolla Shores Treasure

Lovely home with a great floor plan providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The 5 minute walking distance from the house to La Jolla Shores wonderful restaurants was a huge plus since parking is a big issue! We had only one glitch trying to get the TV working & the owner was quick to help with process. Hoping to stay in the house again next year!

Perfect house in a cool area!

We had a great vacation in La Jolla! This house is really comfortable and walkable to restaurants and the beach. The outdoor space is really peaceful.

Great for families

Angie’s place was lovely! We were traveling with kids so we especially enjoyed the outdoor courtyards, ample indoor space to play, beach toys, and short walk to the beach & playground. The location is great! We found good coffee shops and restaurants, and my husband was able to rent a surfboard, all within a couple blocks. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Comfy La Jolla Beach home.

Beautiful and comfortable Japanese-inspired house within easy walking distance of the beach, a good selection of restaurants and a yummy pizzeria (Dough Mama). The owner is very nice, and easy to communicate with. Hope to be back!

We stayed for January,February and March,this was our 7th long term stay in La Jolla Shores and as usual was most enjoyable.Our host Tony was attentive and responsive to our needs. One block from restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach.

Lovely, quiet home in great neighborhood

I stated here for 8 days in June and didn't want to leave! The place is beautifully appointed and has a lot of character. I especially enjoyed sitting in the garden courtyard and making morning trips to the beach just a few blocks away.

La Jolla get-away

Spectacular home. Very comfortable and excellent location! We could walk to some little shops to eat and grab coffee and the beach was extremely close by car - but I suppose you could walk if you weren’t carrying a bunch of beach gear. We loved it! And the courtyard was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening vino! The home was just as advertised, and was perfect for our family’s time in La Jolla! We will definitely be back!

Great La Jolla Home base

Walking distance to the ocean (3 blocks) and to the great restaurants of La Jolla Shores (1 block). House felt larger than the pictures showed and was very comfortable. Very clean property with very comfortable beds and equipment for the beach. Highly recommended! We’ll be back!
