About this property

Frieda and Joe, our horses, will be your hosts. The property has a serene feel to it and is surrounded by orchard, pasture and horses in the foothills of the Cascades. We have a winter sled run. The house has open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining and living room with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is WiFi and 3 TV’s it is located 8 miles from Leavenworth and 5 miles from our river front beach on the Wenatchee River. There is a deck out back with a BBQ and a big front lawn. We have owned this place for18 yrs. and have done a lot of renovating. The water comes from a well and tastes amazing. There is also a septic system so we use organic cleaners. We come by twice a day to feed our horses and ride as often as we can. We own a whitewater rafting company and ski shop in town. There is some traffic noise from Hwy 97. Please let us know if you need anything. We want you to love the place as much as we do.

Great house close to Leavenworth

Cozy and Cute

The property was very clean and inviting. The hosts had horses on the property and came to feed them daily. We were able to find out all kinds of interesting things about the area in talking to Gary, one of the property owners. We would definitely stay here again!

Cutest Ranch Home!

We were 4 adults who stayed in the Ranchito. The house was sparkling clean and was perfect for two couples (although it can accommodate 2 other people). Janet and Gary were very accommodating and they own a ski/rafting shop as well! We will be back, thank you again.

Charming and clean.

However, the bathroom by one of the bedrooms had no heat, and the hot water to this bathroom never reached the tap. The TV would not work, using the owners instructions. The next day, one of the guests, using his own ability finally got the TV to work. We were there for a wedding in Plain, so our days were taken up with the festivities, but relaxing at night by watching the TV was one thing we looked forward to. Jeanette Bltz

The river access was great

Loved being able to use river, otherwise not sure what we would have done. WiFi was good and my husband was able to work. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed stocking up on local fruits, veggies at nearby stands.

We are from Leavenworth. We enjoy the outdoors and activities. It is a great place to raise kids. We are four generations here with 9 grandkids. One of our sons is a local musician. We stay involved with our community. My husband and I ride horses. We love animals.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is filled with horses and orchard. We are close friends with most of our neighbors some are new and we do not know them. We love the feel of the place.

What makes this property unique

Our property is flat. It is away from the activity and crowds in Leavenworth. It is 15 minutes from Wenatchee. It beautiful and our horses live there. It is close to Silvara winery and the rock.both fun places to hang out.
