Very close to town but feels like a getaway. Didn't come when there was snow, just the fall festivals, and I would highly recommend it. We came for a bachelorette weekend (think older, middle-aged moms), and it was just right.

Alpine Lodge was perfect! It was so nice to have seating in the living and dining areas for everyone! We enjoyed the view, the games, the hot tub, and the proximity to town and the Summer Theatre venues.Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home!

Wonderful Mountain Stay

My friends and I had an amazing weekend here. We were in town primarily to check out nearby hikes and bouldering but loved being able to come back and relax in the hot tub. It was also extremely close to the town center for dinner and a drink or two. We’d happily come back!

Great location, great for families

This property is right outside of town and has great mountain views. The house is clean and functional for a group of 10. Beds are comfy and the host provides plenty of towels, soap etc. we would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay again.

Amazing Getaway

We had a fantastic time. The home was big, beautiful, and couldn’t have been better overall. It snowed 15” while we were there, which was so fun. The host was super nice and we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Oktoberfest Getaway

Beautiful Mountain views just close enough to Leavenworth for easy access to town festivities and hikes, but far enough away to avoid the noise. Only negatives were one dish towel, not enough hot water, and rocky driveway proved difficult if you don’t have 4WD. Would definitely come back again.

It is disappointing for any host to receive a less than 5 star review for things that are conveyed in the listing.There is a stellar hot water heater at this property but I also allow for a max of 10 guests. It is not comparable to a hotel with a boiler allowing for endless hot water. You may need to wait for hot water to replenish just as you would at home if you were all showering, washing dishes, etc. Otherwise the water is plentiful and quite hot. You will need 4WD with healthy tires in the Winter but you absolutely do not in the Spring/Summer. Access is off a gravel road so lower cars or poor tires may struggle. The view is worth it!

Great getaway

We had three families with some small kids and enjoyed our stay. Bill and Paula were awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is newly built and we really enjoyed views and nature from the deck while it being only a 5-10 min drive to the center of the city.
