Petit appartement bien placé entre la plage (10mn) et le centre ville très joli, accessible par la côte (35mn à pied) Musée des maquettes et automates superbe, à voir ! Musée de la corderie Royale à Rochefort et Puy du Fou, à voir aussi.

Bien avec quelques regrets

Appartement très bien situé dans quartier résidentiel au calme non loin du centre ville (5 minutes en voiture). Très fonctionnel avec place de parking, une chambre. La machine à laver, et la cuisinière électrique sont des équipements très appréciables. Nous avions loué la semaine du 17 juillet au 24 juillet 2021, période où il a fait très chaud avec 32 degrés extérieur. Nous avons souffert de la chaleur. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation ou ventilateur. Et concernant la literie, c'est le bas de gamme avec un lit dont le matelas fait quelques centimètres d'épaisseur et très dur. Donc, à la sortie , nous avons très mal dormi et souffert du dos. Le canapé lit clic clac n'était guère mieux. Regrets aussi concernant la télévision avec un petit écran où il faut se rapprocher pour lire les infos en bas sur BFMTV, CNEWS .... De plus, il manquait plein de chaînes comme TF1, en autres. Bien regrettable tout cela pour cette location. C'est dommage, car quelques investissements sans gros frais ne seraient pas de trop pour améliorer cet appartement qui le mérite. Cordialement Patrick
