As you step to the right of the foyer, you'll find yourself standing in the newly renovated kitchen. Everything from the warm wood cabinetry to stainless steel appliances to open shelving alludes to Scandinavian modern design. Along with an aesthetic appeal, you'll find this space functional as it is stocked with culinary essentials, a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more.

Once the kitchen is filled with delicious aromas, serve your meal at the dining room table for four. The dining area is arrayed with four rolling mid-century chairs and a statement chandelier hanging over the table.

After the dinnertime merriment subsides and the table is cleared, head to the spacious living room to rest. Grab a cup of decaf and cozy up on the orange sectional to enjoy an evening view of pink skies over blue waters. When your eyes aren't glued to the wrap-around ocean scenery, you and your family will love gathering together to watch your favorite shows and movies on the flat-screen TV - DVR and DVD player provided.

Before you retire for the night, spend the day's last lingering moments on the balcony listening to the sounds of the ocean. The primary bedroom boasts of a large king bed, stylish dresser pieces, and a colorfully patterned armchair that makes for a cozy reading nook. You'll love falling asleep to the sounds of your favorite show on the flat-screen TV and later waking up to the morning sun rising over the ocean. While you'll never want to leave the soft comforts of the bed, you'll find the nearby sit-down vanity a fun incentive and welcome change to your usual get-ready routine. You'll find the nearby primary bathroom offers a standard tub with a moveable showerhead, a white sink and vanity, and plenty of soft bath towels.

While you catch up on R&R in your beautiful primary retreat, your friends will find the rest they crave in the spacious guest bedroom. This bedroom provides two twin beds with fun, light bedding, as well as a mirror/dresser combination for their personals. The nearby bathroom offers guests a tiled shower, a white vanity, and lots of bath linens.

This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet and cable TV.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
