Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

Property manager was very prompt with responses to my questions. Great location with incredible views. My girlfriend lost her wallet while in New Smyrna. I received a call while at the Orlando airport. It was the property manager letting me know that her wallet was found and it would be mailed to us. Great customer service!

Very close to beach with easy access. Family had a great time. Note, you are on the driving portion of the beach so weekends get crowded but weekdays were nice. You can tell apartment has been recently renovated. Lovely kitchen and living space.

Surprisingly, very pleased with the condo, the outside of the building had me worried, but upon entering, the place was clean and tidy, and as advertised. A few small things here and there weren’t in line with my expectations, but overall a nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

Beautiful Ocean View

The ocean view from this unit was beautiful throughout the day and especially at sunrise! Had everything we needed there, just had to bring own beach/pool towels. While the pool is shared it was nearly private for us which my family loved and shaded by the building in the late afternoon which gave us a much needed break from the sun. Drawbacks were cleanliness and usability of the patio furniture but still a great stay!

Beautiful inside. Really nice location within the condo building. Kitchen was amazing. 2 refrigerator/freezers. No water filtration for drinking water out of either fridges. Beds, rooms and bathrooms nice! Baloney and bedroom has amazing view.

The stay was nice and the condo had a good layout. Amazing views of the ocean, easy beach access. 4 stars given due to lack of cleaning equipment. Vacuum was broken, brooms looked like the wizard of Oz props. There was one trash bag provided and one single dishwasher soap (we stayed for a week). Some of the dishes were pretty clearly dirty from previous guests and the pots and pans were pretty raggedy (no ice maker in fridge). Parking was easy, there were several beach items in the room, and some activities on site (small library, outdoor pool, pool table, ping pong (although the equipment provided was all busted and not really usable), shuffle board (also a little busted up))Overall a pretty nice little place to take your family.

The elevators…

Yep, those darn elevators. VERY erratic. Made day two tough when neither were working. Our group was on the 5th floor, others in our group were on the 7th and 8th. The NSB Fire Department got groups of us out three times. Yeah, that was pretty inconvenient.

The property needs some attention. The master king bed was in need of upgrading, the box spring was cracked and the mattress was worn out. So much for 2 weeks of rest. In need of light bulbs. Floor broom worn out and no dust pan. We went and bought new ones. (We did not leave them) Toilet needed attention in master
