A spacious, bright, and welcoming 3500 sq ft home for families to spread out! 4 bedrooms + with private ensuite bathrooms, wrap-around deck offers views from the main living level, first floor private apartment, 3rd floor bonus room with desk and King Bed & deck with views! Wet room with huge 6-person steam shower leads to a private backyard with hot tub. 3 blocks to the bus stops that take you directly to Breckenridge & Copper Mountain Ski Resorts.

1st floor: 2 car heated garage, entry, mudroom. 1 bedroom/ 1.5 bath "apartment" with King bed, ensuite full bath, laundry in powder bath, full kitchen and spacious living room with sofa bed

2nd floor: Main living, dining. kitchen with huge island and views!
-Powder bath attached to "wet room" with huge steam shower, leads to backyard Hot Tub
-Master bedroom with king bed and pull out twin sofa chair.
-Ensuite master bath with double shower, soaking tub and double vanities.

3rd floor:

This property has it all. Fantastic views of the Rockies, Proximity to downtown, and a large spacious home. We very much enjoyed our stay as it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. We highly recommend this vacation home.

Beautiful home with wonderful view of Dillon Reservoir

The home was in the perfect location for our family trip. The balconies offered amazing views of the lake. Walking distance to Main Street and numerous hiking trails allowed us to explore the town of Frisco and nature. Frisco is conveniently located only minutes to Breckenridge and other mountains. The home was beautiful and had every amenity. We would certainly book again when returning to Frisco.

Amazing Mountain Retreat

Our family of 5 and another family shared this beautiful home while skiing at various mountains on Spring Break. The property is beautiful, clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. The hot tub and steam showers were used by all and such a nice touch after long days on the mountains. There was plenty of space to spread out by all and the heated garage was such a nice amenity-not to mentions the "locker" area with plenty of storage for ski boots, coats, and other winter gear. The house was located close enough to Frisco main street that we were able to walk to and from and was just a short drive to neighboring mountains. The hosts were very easy and quick to communicate with. I would 100% stay at this amazing property again!

Winter ski vacation

The house is beautiful with lots of amenities. The location is perfect: A walk to Frisco proper and centrally located to many of the ski resorts. We had a blast!! I would definitely recommend it!!

Great Location/House

The house was new and main living area was open with large kitchen and dining area. Patio was nice with great views of lake Dillon. Individual rooms on all levels were nice with private baths and good beds. Easy access to hiking trails and downtown Frisco. Also had quick access to Breck or Copper mountain. Would recommend in summer or winter given new house construction and location to multiple resorts
