Summary:
This 3 bedroom home in St. George can sleep up to 12 and is perfect for a memorable evening with family and friends. The family can enjoy the underground scuba-themed rooms, challenge each other to a game of Pac-Man or other games on the gaming console. Followed by a lovely evening outside with a private grill and patio area.

The Space:
This home is located at the Coral Ridge Resort in St. George, Utah. You will have access to the entire home .

Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, garage, themed children's area with tons of gaming options, and outdoor patio area with your own personal grill.

Bedroom one: King
Bedroom two: King
Bedroom three: Scuba themed bedroom with three twin beds and one queen size bed.

Fully equipped kitchen with bar that can seat up to three and an additional dining room table that can seat up to five.

Guest Access:
You will have a garage to park your vehicle and also outdoor communal pool and hot-tub access.

The Neighborhood:
You are only roughly a 15 minute drive to downtown St. George. Tons of local shopping and eateries.

Getting Around:
We do suggest that you rent your own personal vehicle for a stay.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is permitted only on the driveway or in designated parking stalls. Trailer parking is allowed only if the trailer fits entirely on the driveway without any overhang.

You will have access to pools, fitness and park.

Interaction with Guests:
Our reservations team is available from 8am-8pm (MST). In case of emergencies our onsite staff with be able to assist. Contact information will be placed inside of the home in the guest handbook.

Perfect for our needs

Unit had a great latour for our family of 5. The younger kids loved the submarine room and loft! Location was ideal for us visiting Zion and wanting to near St. George to check that out some. We also visited a state park near there that was great. Would stay again.

Hiking trip

Me and 5 friends went hiking in Zions for a weekend and used this as our landing spot. It is far enough away from the park that it was priced reasonably but close enough that we could get to zions quick and do what we planned. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of hiking, the place was clean and comfortable.

Lovely home

This home is beautiful and the perfect size for our group of 9 and perfect for our weekend get away. It is a little farther out from down town St. George, but that didn't stop us from coming and going. The pool area was also really nice. The kids enjoyed relaxing there. Thank you!

Kids Paradise

My children (11,8,3) absolutely loved the kids room! They couldn’t get enough of the room and loft. Such a fun theme and cool set up. The rest of the house was perfect and more than we needed. Everything was easy to find and available. Anything we needed, we got a quick response from the host. Fantastic stay and would love to come back!

Extremely Satisfied

We had a wonderful time in the Family Retreat condo. We are a mix of 60+, 65+ and 70+ Canadian women softball players that were playing in the Huntsman World Senior Games. The condo fit our needs perfectly with room to spread out. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. We had a couple of issues that were promptly dealt with. Will certainly look at renting this unit again when we are back in the area.

Nice place

Good location with all the amenities we wanted. TVs are old and not easy to navigate compared to new ones. Bunk room was awesome for the boys. Wish there was another King bed in the master upstairs instead of two queens. Other than that, we had a fantastic time.

Great size but needs updating!

The property was fine. The furniture was dirty and the sofa totally worn out. The bedding did not feel or look clean. There is no backyard. Small patio. BBQ doesn’t work properly. We’ve stay at Coral Ridge two other times and the units we rented we much nicer and well kept. This condo needs to be updated. The complex was excellent. Loved the pool, playground and fishing pond. Great place for families

AWESOME FAMILY LOCATION

The stay at Coral was awesome. We had my family of 12 stay for a week as our home base for Zion and Bryce National parks . It was great short drives into the parks . The townhome has everything you need for a big group we all felt comfortable and had plenty of space . Pools were great , ac worked awesome especially with the heat. We had 3 family night dinners were we cooked and played board games. Just an awesome place for the family. Close to stores and restaurants. Everything you need thanks Gary

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay. Our experience with the rental agency was great. They were attentive and very professional. We did have a problem with a bed... my husband sat on the bed to put on his shoes and it broke. We are guessing a knot in the wood on one of the cross pieces just decided to give out. We ended up sleeping in an upstairs room since we had extra beds available. The pools and hot tubs were nice although kind of far from the residence. All together our experience was great... we would stay here again for sure.

Nice townhouse close to sand hollow reservoir

We had a great stay here as we spent multiple days at sand hollow it was close and convenient. A little trouble with the front door lock not working but a quick response and we were able to get in through the garage. The place was clean and comfortable. An extra garbage sack or two would’ve been nice. A garage door opener we could’ve put in our car would’ve too.

Wonderful House....not the best Management Co.

We loved this house and property! It is a great place to stay. I would have given it a full 5 stars, but the property management company was the weirdest one I have worked with and I have rented a lot of houses. Before renting, I sent them a question and got a one word answer “yes”. That should have been my first clue of their attention to detail. Then on my initial booking they over charged me and I had to ask for a adjustment. On the HomeAway app, this unit appeared as being in Wellington, UT, not Washington, I asked about that and they assured me it was in Washington, but never fixed it. When it was time to make my final payment, there wasn’t any options on the app to make the payment, so I thought it would automatically be made on my card. That never happened, I had to email them asking them how to pay. Also on the app, there is usually “check in” instructions, at least something like “you will get an email a week before your stay”. There’s nothing on the app. With the less than par experience I had so far this made me nervous, so I messaged them again for the information. Once we got to the house, everything was great, but honestly I have never had an experience like this with a management company.
