NOTICE: Pelican Watch is undergoing extensive renovation this year (2026), and construction crews are on site Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-5PM. During these times, noise, debris, dirt, and dust will likely be experienced. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool will be closed due to safety concerns, and direct access to the beach may be limited at times. The indoor pool will remain open, and the beach can still be accessed via the town parking lot next to the building.

This inviting 3rd-floor oceanfront condominium offers a comfortable and well-equipped retreat with stunning views. Featuring central air and heat, complimentary WiFi, and a flat-screen TV with cable, the space is designed for relaxation. Guests can enjoy access to a heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a hot tub. The open living area provides ample seating and leads to a covered oceanfront deck with space for four, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for six, a kitchen bar with additional seating, and essential appliances like a refrigerator, flat-top stove, microwave, and dishwasher for effortless meal prep.

The master suite boasts a king bed, private oceanfront deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single vanity sink. A second bedroom features a queen bed, a TV with cable, and private access to the second bathroom, which is also shared with the common area. The condo also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

**PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

The number of guests on/at a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Unauthorized groups exceeding the maximum occupancy at a property is considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction. RVs and campers are NOT allowed at any property. Parking is limited--Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible when guests bring vehicles that exceed the maximum number of vehicles allowed at a property OR for oversized vehicles that are not compatible with a property.

Absolutely no events (weddings, receptions, reunions) or any other large gatherings are permitted at this home. Smoking is prohibited at all Carolina Beach Realty properties.
