very nice studio DINARD / LA RICHARDAIS 5 minutes from the beach
Very pretty studio entirely renovated in a reassured residence on the 1st floor with elevator, in 5 mn on foot of a small beach and the coastal path, in 5 mn of the beautiful beach of the priory of Dinard, 5 mn of St Malo. Not far, you can discover the beautiful and famous Dinard market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The studio consists of a living room with bedding in sofa bed dunlopilo mattress, kitchenette with microwave and cookeo, bathroom with bath and a separate toilet, balcony with garden furniture. Inside the residence, there is a secure bike room.
Near the dam of the Rance River that separates Saint Malo and Dinard, ideally located to discover the Emerald Coast.

Studio lumineux dans résidence calme idéalement située entre Dinard et St Malo. Salle de bain avec baignoire. Toilettes séparées. Petit balcon où on peut déjeuner. Équipement complet. Tous ces petits détails qui rendent le séjour très agréable. Stationnement dans la rue toute proche. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire, je recommande
