Welcome to The Rambling Hideaway—a spacious 4,500 sq ft ranch on 1.5 wooded acres in Union Pier. Perfect for multi-generational families and group getaways, the home features two private bedroom wings connected by large shared spaces, plus a newly renovated private pool area and a yard full of fun.

Layout & Bedrooms

The home is divided into two wings, each with three bedrooms:

Wing 1:

Primary suite with flat-screen TV, Comcast Xfinity, fireplace, and spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower and whirlpool tub

Two additional stylish bedrooms

Wing 2:

Custom-built bunk room (2 full beds on the bottom, 2 twins on top) with flat-screen TV and Xbox One—great for kids

Two more renovated bedrooms and a fully updated bathroom

Between the wings is a spacious common area that includes:

A massive great room with a two-story wall of windows, fireplace, dining area, TV, and a 12-foot Brunswick shuffleboard table

A bright sunroom with three walls of windows, skylights, and a flat-screen TV

A large, sunny eat-in kitchen fully stocked for cooking meals for your group

A half bath and a full laundry room with a new washer and dryer

Bose SoundTouch speakers and strong Wi-Fi throughout

Outdoor Spaces & Pool

The home features two main outdoor zones:

A patio off the kitchen with a dining table and Weber gas grill

A newly renovated private heated pool area with shallow and deep ends, water basketball hoop, lounge chairs, fire table, outdoor dining set, bocce ball, and cornhole

While many guests plan for a beach day, most spend the majority of their time enjoying the pool. It’s relaxing, private, and just steps from the house.

The 1.5-acre yard is perfect for play and surrounded by trees. You'll often spot deer and wild turkeys wandering through the peaceful front yard—it really feels like a getaway.
