The Space:

Welcome to Casual Lake Living! This rustic, five-bedroom lakefront home sits on a prime acre of grassy expanse overlooking Lake Michigan and includes 100 feet of private shoreline. The main level of the home features a large living/dining room combo with sweeping lake views, a brick wood-burning fireplace, a large harvest table with seating for 10, and a wet bar with a minifridge. There is also a four-season room on the south side of the living area. Both of these rooms open up to the wraparound patio deck and large backyard, where guests can take advantage of the stunning view from the bluff overlooking the home's beach and Lake Michigan. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and includes a stove, a dishwasher, and a fridge.



Down the hallway from the kitchen are the bathroom and a laundry area. A door to the north leads outside to the outdoor shower and to the beach-access stairs just beyond. There is another living area located on this level with a flatscreen TV and a couch near the front breezeway. The second level is where all five bedrooms are located, along with a full bathroom. There are three bedrooms, each with king-size beds, plus two more bedrooms that each contain two twin beds. Each bedroom has cable, new flatscreen TVs, and it's own window-mounted air conditioning unit in addition to a large floor air conditioner on the main level that keeps the bedrooms nice and cool.
