At 2,600 square feet and comfortably sleeping 10, this newly-renovated home combines luxury with a cozy, beach house feel. Just minutes away from the beautiful beaches and IMG Academy. This home will make your dream vacation come true!

● Additional fourth shower
● Fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances
● Two sets of LG washing machines and dryers
● 65” Family Room TV, 55” Living Room TV
● Soaking tub with light therapy in the master bathroom
● Heated pool with salt system
● Front sun porch
● Outdoor gas grill

Beautiful kitchen with plenty counter top space, fully equipped with new appliances, coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, panini grill, grilled cheese maker, hand mixer, and Vitamix blender.

Bath, hand and face towels are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom.

Beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys also available,

POLICIES:
* No pets
* No smoking
* No events, parties or large gatherings
* Must be 25 + to book
* Absolutely NO glass on the pool deck and in the pool
* Additional pool heat fee for stays from October to April - $25 per day,
if outside temperature is below 70 degrees F, we can not guarantee the pool temperature of 85 degrees F,

There is a ring door bell camera by the front door. There are two side cameras on both sides of the house and one camera on the garage.

Great amenities

Family vacation

This was our first family vacation with two grand-babies under the age of three. Total of eight people Anna was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house was amazing. Very comfortable for our three families. The pool was beautiful and used daily by everyone The house location was very handy with many visits to Anna Maria Island. I would recommend anyone to stay at Anna’s property.

Excellent beach house retreat

Great place to relax while on a beach vacation with family! My toddler and teenagers were comfortable and well entertained even when not at the beach. Host is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would gladly recommend and stay at the property for our next visit to the area.

This property exceeded our expectations! The host thought of everything !

A wonderful house

5 sisters and 2 niece The host is extremely responsive to all inquiries. The house is immaculate. It is stocked with everything. Would recommend for all types of groups. 15 min from bradenton beach will be booking for 2026

This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! From the cleanliness of the home, every kitchen utensil and pan you could want, toys and chairs for the beach and the location of the home..... it was awesome! And the owner, Anna, was so easy to communicate with and so friendly!

So cozy…

This property was everything we wanted and more! Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful home! You felt right at home the minute you walked in, everything was so clean and tidy. The pool was used daily as well as the patio furniture, we had family dinners at the large dinning room table and made so many great memories. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Just Amazing !

Our stay was wonderful! We went with our family and children and we all had such a great time. The House was oh so beautiful, comfortable, and just so well thought out. The host thought of every single detail that would make our stay as wonderful as it was. Great location and neighborhood. All beaches were about 10-15 min drive. Over all an amazing experience. We highly recommend this house and host! Looking forward to staying with them again !

Wonderful Family Trip

We booked this property for a small family gathering to celebrate a birthday. The property is beautiful, clean, well appointed and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together both inside and outside in the pool. The owner answered all of my questions promptly and was pleasure to work with. We all really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be able to stay again in the future. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation property for a large family or group

Our extended family spent the weekend in the house, and everyone had only appreciative comments about it. Anna was very supportive, and allowed us to check in an hour earlier, as soon as the house cleaning was done, which was great for us being exhausted from the long trip. We were in town for a wedding and did not spend a lot of time in house, but are planning to come back for a relaxing vacation soon.

Sibling trip

Family get away

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay! My kids loved the pool!! Such a beautiful home and lovely details, they also had all the amenities that were needed, lots of towels, kitchen/ cooking supplies, utensils. Some times I bring my own cookware bc some rentals are equipped with cheaper stuff, this place did not disappoint. And if I had any questions Anna responded quickly 😊
