Lahaina Shores is open. My units are still undergoing some changes in furniture etc. I will put up new pics as soon as everything is in place. Parking fees for 2026 are $15 per night to be paid to the front desk.

In case you missed the international news coverage . . . Lahaina had a major fire. We will rebuild the town. Please come to be a part of it!

Our resort has survived and has been put back to its former self. The town full of shops and galleries may be gone but we still have a beautiful beach and grounds.
Ka’anapali is less than 10 minutes away. It has plenty of shops and restaurants. We have 2 shopping centers with groceries 3 minutes away from us. We are an oasis amid a disaster.

Watch the sunset over the ocean from your private lanai. Or leave the slider open and let the sound of the waves lull you to a deep restful sleep. It’s all good in laid back Maui.

Having a full kitchen makes cooking meals at home easy and will save the vacation budget, but there are also numerous great restaurants a short drive away.

After a day of fun activities you can relax on the manicured grounds near the pool and watch the sun set over the ocean. (Bring a fruity drink in a plastic glass) The beach is literally right at the edge of the property in case you prefer to sit on the sand. Don't forget to pick up a steak or veggie burger for the BBQ grill!

Credit card operated washers and dryers are available on each floor. There is also a laundromat 10 minutes away. This is a non-smoking resort.

The studios in the majority of this building are all the same size. They are designed for two people but there is an option for an air mattress with extra towels and linens at an additional $15 charge (total not per day).

I want my guests to be comfortable and able to enjoy Maui to the fullest. You should note there is no daily maid service.

I started this adventure in 2015 and welcome any feedback you may have for me that would help me better serve my guests.

Space matched my expectations completely with a gorgeous view. Easy checkin and check out process and the location was perfect for a solo traveler without a car. Rochelle provided clear and detailed information from activities to food to managing the space. Would book again.

Great Trip

Awesome view and great location

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Rochelle's condo. The place was clean, well kept property grounds, great location, equipped with all the beach items we needed and the view was AMAZING. Rochelle was very communicative and went out of her way to help with any questions we had. We are looking forward to staying at her place again in the future.

Beautiful beachfront home

We absolutely loved our stay. The room had absolutely everything we needed and was perfect for our couples' getaway. The condo property pool, hot tub, grassy area with beach chairs and beach access was incredible. We saw sea turtles from our room and in the water right in front of the resort. The location in Lahaina is incredible - easy walk to many restaurants and the pier for whale watching, sportfishing, etc. Parking in the lot was super affordable and a breeze. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Great location with amazing views. The condo was exactly described as in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need, just like home. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The condo was very clean. Our host provided us with so much useful information on the island and nearby area. We felt so welcomed! We definitely want to return!

Everything you need in a spectacular location!

Rochelle’s condo was perfect for my husband and me on our trip to Maui for our honeymoon. We started our trip here and it set a very high standard for the rest of our trip. The condo had literally everything you could need for a stay in Lahaina. We used the snorkel gear and beach chairs almost everyday! Rochelle is the best host I’ve booked through, she truly cares about making your experience the best it can be!

AMAZING property and people

Thank you so much for the stay this December. Maui was more amazing then I could have ever imagined and having this beautiful place to call home for a few days made it even better. Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Lahaina Shores. It was exactly as advertised, with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the ocean. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. The host is an expert about Maui, and many of her suggestions were helpful. We used the boogie boards several days in the ocean and spotted dozens of whales every day from the lanai. Easy access to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Lahaina Shores.

Love this location and the Host!

Lahaina Shores is my fav place to stay in Maui! The location and view are perfect! And the owner is great at communication. Very fast response and lovely to talk to. I felt like Rochelle was my longtime friend 5 minutes into our conversation. (after an experience with horrible communication from an owner of a different property...Rochelle is 5+ stars ALL THE WAY). I highly recommend staying at Rochelle's properties!!

This property was lovely. The view was beautiful being right on the beach. Hostess was very hands on. Located blocks from town. All being said ,we would not visit there again. Found it to be very touristy and the town seemed dirty with not a lot to offer but souvenir shops.

Ocean View Lahaina

This property has everything you need for a great Maui stay and a wonderful view from the balcony. There are beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy the ocean directly outside of the complex. The kitchen is set up with pots/pans/dishes if you want to have meals in the unit. It is within walking distance to all Lahaina shopping/restaurants. This is a studio unit, so it is small...but it works great.

Beautiful view and great location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The view from the lanai is absolutely amazing. We were able to see sea turtles and seals swimming on multiple occasions directly from the lanai (without using binoculars). The condo is also in a really great location. It was really nice to be able to walk to dinner in downtown Lahaina each night as well as to the harbor for sailing/snorkeling excursions. Rochelle is a pleasure to work with/communicate with. She is quick to respond and provided amazing recommendations for various things to do on the island. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

Fantastic Getaway!

Fantastic South Lahaina location within walking distance of everything in town. Unit 603 could not have been more impressive with its gorgeous ocean view, modern upgrades, very comfortable king bed, and tasteful decorating. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was completely outfitted for those who so desire. Parking is onsite and around $4/day. Honestly, we only took the car out once and if we’d ride-shared from OGG airport, we could have saved several hundred $$$. If your idea is to relax, you don’t need to leave Lahaina. We will definitely return!

Hi my name is Rochelle. I was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. I went to high school in that cool castle from the movie 'Ten things I hate about you.' My mother was a Polynesian Hawaiian blend. She was born in a village in the cut of the mountains just south of Lahaina in 1919. Sadly she passed in 2017 at the age of 96. She has been returned to the island she loved. I am intent on returning to the land of my ancestors. I hope to spend many of my retirement years on the island. I can hardly wait!

Why they chose this property

I chose to purchase in Lahaina because of my family history and because I think this area is the perfect mix of interesting things and laid back people. There is plenty to do and see but Lahaina is a true community with a small town feel. I hope you have the opportunity to experience it.

What makes this property unique

Lahaina Shores Beach Resort has the best location. You can walk on a nice beach right outside the pool area. You are a few short blocks from the heart of town and the famous Banyan Tree. The marina is right there along with the Wharf Cinema center. The staff at Lahaina Shores was a big selling point for me. This resort has a true boutique hotel feel to it. Let me know if you agree!
