Relaxing Retreat
We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving. It was a beautiful place to have family gather as we visited our son at NAS Pensacola. The property is spacious and the views are stunning.

Great property and location! There’s nothing bad to say at all. The only advice I would give is to add more cookware/pots/pans to the kitchen. I had a bit of a challenging time finding things to cook a few meals at the house. Maybe cups and mugs too
The property was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals for the family. Waterfront was perfect for fishing and watching wildlife. Great vacation spot!

Family Vacation
Lone Palm on the Bayou was everything we hoped it could be - we had a great time. Our boys loved fishing off the dock and the property was located close to Pensacola for the Blue Angels as well as Perdido Key and various beaches and shopping, etc. The bonus of the free excursions was great as well.

This house was amazing. So peaceful and relaxing. We even saw a dolphin off the dock. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us and our 4 kids.
We loved the house, very comfortable and we loved the back yard. We caught a Crocker, hard head and a stingray. And we saw a Hugh maybe 40” Red fish swim by. Very peaceful and relaxing.

We had a great time here, the street was quiet & we were able to launch our boat and keep it at the house. We caught crabs and took the boat out to the sandbar daily!
This was the perfect location for our family. Our boys loved fishing off the dock, playing ping-pong, and enjoyed their privacy in the two bedrooms on 1st floor. My husband, Mom and I loved the views from the dining room and the open spacious kitchen and family room. Quick drive to the grocery store and to the beach. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place!
The house was very nicely updated with the large windows and deck giving a great view of the bayou. The kitchen was up to date and bedrooms large with comfortable beds. The only negative was the spiral staircase that could be a challenge for the old or very young. The garage was a big plus as we could launch our kayaks out the back and store them inside at night.
The location was real quiet and private but still close to the beach, restaurants, and stores.
Our family loved our time at Lone Palm. The house is beautifully decorated, furnishing is new and comfortable. Once we unpacked, it immediately felt like home. The property sits in a secluded and quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and beach. Grandkids loved fishing from the dock. Everyone is already talking about making plans for next year’s vacation, staying at the Lone Palm. Thank you Dan and Patty for the terrific communication before and during our stay.
This is obviously a very old property with waterfront dockage and boat house. The accommodations were all updated and very comfortable. There is a boat ramp but the total height of boat and trailer need to be less than 8 feet for you to be able to use it, as it is accessed through a garage. Overall, we were happy with the place and its location
We had a blast! Fishing from dock, easy to get to Pensacola and Orange Beach area. Peaceful neighborhood with great view. House had everything we needed and the outbuilding was great for storing fishing gear. If you have anything bigger then kayaks or small skiff plan on using the public ramp about 10 minutes away. At high tide there is a rock pile thats hard to see by the dock house the first time coming in, be careful to not nick up your prop!Definitely saving this property for return visits!
We booked this for the access to the water and the 4 bedrooms. It was spacious enough for 2 families and a grandparent. There were 9 people total including 2 one year olds. The water access was great and we caught lots of catfish and crabs. We stayed a week and had a blast. The location was great - right in between Pensacola and gulf shores Alabama so we were able to see both beaches during our visit. Only 40 minutes to both areas. There is beach access in perdido key just 10 minutes away which was super nice for evening crab hunting. Overall the house was great for our needs.
Nice place, great location, water is nice, strange late night activity.
My family of 6 came down for fun in the sun with our boat. House is well maintained and in a great location. The ability to back the boat into the water thru the house was not possible due to angle of the trees and obstructions, but I launched right down the road. We enjoyed having the water and paddle boarded the buoy. Ping pong was also fun. The house did have some strange night time occurrences that we couldn't ignore.

Great rental, looks like photos, great fishing dock out back
This was a great house, private, on the water, and we loved the view. Two porches and a fishing dock outside. Nice comfortable couch and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was some beach items in the garage thay came in handy. Not suitable if anyone in your family has trouble with stairs, there is no way to avoid them as theres no downstairs bathroom. The spiral staircase inside is tight and difficult for older individuals and the downstairs bedrooms could use better mattresses. Chairs on dock need replacing, one was broken. We would still book here again though, its a nice house with a great location and the kids loved fishing all day and night!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the house itself was much nicer than the pictures suggested. The rental process was easy, and the level of communication leading up to our check-in was outstanding. We arrived a little before the check-in time we were given, approximately 3:45 pm, and had to wait to get in. When they say check-in is at 4:00 pm, they mean 4:00 pm. The electronic door has a timer, and the code will not work before the designated time. But that was on us, not them; we were very eager to start our vacation.
The only suggestion- not a complaint- I would recommend is having the foliage around the dock cut back some for easier access. With all the rain in the area, the dirt part of the path had become muddy. We were either having to step in and over the mud, or if we went around the thigh-high ornamental grass was all over us. Just a little trimmed, not a lot.
I recommend this property and iTrip Vacations Perdido Key to anyone looking to stay in the area. I know we will use them again
This was the perfect place for my outdoor-loving family! We chose this place to stay so that we could fish while we weren't at the ocean. The house was the perfect size for all of us to feel together--while still providing privacy when needed.
We had a great time on our stay. There is plenty of room for everyone and it’s conveniently located to stores and restaurants. We would love to come back someday.
