About this property

This home really is a hideaway, right in the middle of small town Rexburg and tucked back in a quiet cul-de-sac. The location is an hour and a half from Yellowstone, a few blocks from BYUI, and 15 minutes to Bear World. Close by the Sand Dunes, skiing, hiking, and fishing.
We have our house right next door listed too! If you're coming with a bigger group and want to be close by but in your own space, contact me to see if the dates are available, or search property #3068314.
Inside you’ll find super comfy beds, fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen and clean, bright rooms that feel like home. Self check in makes it easy to come and go as you want. Great House!

Clean, spacious, and clean. The house is great! Wendi also rents the house right next door, (Red House Retreat) so if you have a big family or a group, you can have one big property with two homes. Would stay again!

Perfect for what we needed

This house was the perfect stay and location for our work in the area. Wendi was an exceptional host with great communication. I would highly recommend staying here, we will absolutely look for this house when staying in the area again.

Rexburg trip

The house was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to hang out with family and way better than staying in a motel. We will definitely stay there again if it's available when we travel.

We are Dan and Wendi, and we love hosting! We enjoy making a place nice and inviting for people who are traveling. We are always glad when we can meet a guest but know it's important for them to have their own space as well.
We love adding little touches and making our rentals feel like a home away from home, from homey décor to Christmas trees and stockings.

Why they chose this property

My husband Dan and I have both lived in the area our whole lives, raised our children here, and Dan owns his own small business. We love the way this home has privacy but is also very convenient to the freeway, restaurants, and the rest of small town Rexburg. Little details are important to us, like a nice looking lawn and plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils.

What makes this property unique

--Lots of parking space--it's just a big open driveway, shared with one other home. Since it's back off the road and in a very residential part of town, it's nice and quiet.
--Another home right next door! Ideal for weddings or family reunions when you want your own space but still want to be close to family or friends.
--A great value, especially for a family. We don't mind a kid or two sleeping on the floor- come stay and make memories together!
