About this property

This home was built in 2021 and is the perfect place for you to stay and enjoy small town Rexburg! You'll have the whole comfy house to yourself, a grassy (or snowy!) yard, plenty of parking, and everything you need to stay for a night or for a lot longer. We're an hour and a half from Yellowstone, a few blocks to BYU-I and about 15 minutes to Bear World.

Inside you’ll find super comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen and clean, bright rooms that feel like home. Self check in makes it easy to come and go as you want. A very affordable place to stay—we don’t even charge a cleaning fee! Six sleep comfortably in queen beds with a full size memory foam fold out bed in addition to that, a couch and a pack n play.

Nice House With a Very Responsive Host!

I wasn't staying at Wendi's house for more than a quick shower and an overnight sleep to break up a long drive from Yellowstone to Boise. Unfortunately, the hot water heater wasn't working properly. Wendi, the host, was quick to respond when I let her know. She was very apologetic and made sure to rectify the situation. Other than the hot water issue, the house is great! Wendi also rents the house right next door, (4th St. Hideaway) so if you have a big family or a group, you can have one big property with two homes. Be aware though, that the two dogs next door will bark non-stop at you when they are outside in the driveway. The dog's owner didn't seem to care they were barking loud and non-stop (even at my midnight arrival) but they eventually made their way inside and stopped barking after about 10 minutes. All in all, Wendi went the extra mile to make up for the hot water, and I appreciate that. As long as the hot water works, and you don't spend too much time unpacking your car next to the neighbor's dogs, the house is a great stay!

Great place for a small Thanksgiving

We loved this property. The host is very friendly and responsive. The house was clean and tidy. The check-in and check-out was easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Hello from Dan and Wendi! We both grew up in southeastern Idaho and love to welcome others here to see all that this beautiful area has to offer! We love the small town and friendly feel of Rexburg and love to host and share our homes with guests. We have just about raised all of our eight kids here and now have 12 grandkids as well.
We hope to mingle with you while you're here but also realize that most people love to just be with the family or friends they're traveling with. Our goal is to make your stay absolutely wonderful--we hope you go home with great memories of your stay in Rexburg, and want to return soon!

Why they chose this property

Dan recently sold his business, and since we enjoyed offereing our other home so much to guests, we saw this one (right next door to our current home!) and decided to go for it. It will be the perfect place for large families or groups coming to visit the area, because between both homes you can fit 18 people. What a great place to stay while you visit the area for recreation, weddings or family holidays. It's just under a year old, so everything is nice and new.

What makes this property unique

Our homes are designed to have everything you need to stay one night or many! We know that little touches mean a lot, that comfortable beds and fast WIFI are important, and that you want a place where you can relax, either after a long day of exploring Yellowstone Park or any of the other attractions in the area, or while visiting your family at BYU-Idaho.
